Works and not expensive
I could've gotten a newer one but I wanted to stick with same generation being that I have the surface 4. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and every connection works for what it's intended. A little bulky but it's one that I definitely keep at home.

I have a surface pro 3 laptop and I wanted to attach two big monitors for my WFH office and prior to purchasing this, I had to s of flickering. This fixed all of my issues and even took care of my messy cord situation. It came looking brand new and works like it too. Highly recommend! 10/10 solved all of my problems

Great for the price
I never understood why these things were so expensive to begin with. I think I understand better now. I knew I was getting a refurbished product, it just looks used. It works great for my needs and i hope it lasts a long time. Thank you.

SAVED OVER $100
I needed an extra Docking station for my Microsoft Surface Laptop for work. My job gave me one but that is on my desk. I needed another one secondary desk. This item works perfect.

Refused to honor return policy when monitor ports stopped working
This product stopped working for me. The display ports no longer correctly put out a video signal - the monitors just display a rainbow colored snow. The issue began right on the 90th day (they have a 90 day return policy). I requested a replacement product and they refused to honor the policy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SELLER AS THE QUALITY IS SUSPECT AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY.
