I purchased this laptop in the summer of 2020. By the summer of 2021 it needed a new hard drive. Since then it has sporadically worked and when I tried to file a claim under the 2 year extended warranty plan I purchased, I was told the time had run out since the extended warranty became effective when I purchased the laptop even though the manufacturer’s warranty was in place!!

Should have gone with a laptop with a SSD instead.

This is an ok laptop. I needed something for school and it gets the job done but it is VERY SLOW. It’s not just my wifi or connection that messes up, it’s the laptop itself. For the price, I wish it would run faster but I wanted a laptop with a larger screen which is what I got.

We have had this for a year and it just keeps getting slower. Too bad all the Dells in the past have been good systems. We have good internet for everything else this is just slow.

I find that the 4GB that comes with the laptop isn't sufficient enough to operate the 1TB drive, it is strongly recommended that you consider this. The laptop overall is a good buy and works well with getting my work from home going.

It’s a lot slower than I imagined. My much older laptop is much faster. And it didn’t come with a power chord. Which I wasn’t expecting at all. I don’t buy laptops all that often- is that the norm? So far these are my two big disappointments. But I appreciate that it came with Windows 10 installed. And we’ll see how it does over time.

The laptop it self is good it just move entirely to slow need a faster laptop for my business
