Way better than typical hose picks for diesel engines
I will update this with a photo. These things are pretty thick and stout, a well made durable tool. I always had to worry about puncturing old or weak hoses at work when using hose picks in the past (and then we'd have to wait 2-3 weeks for a new hose to ship and add additional time/labor to a job). These things have taken the worry out of removing 4-12 inch hoses off diesel equipment, and have increased my productivity by a ton in the past week.Yea, they're pricey, I would have liked to have paid 10-20 bucks less, but they've already paid for themselves so I can't really complain. I do wish they had a couple of 45 degree tools as well for harder to reach hoses.

These are not for small hoses.
These are great for what they are made for. large radiator or exhaust hoses. Works great on large fernco type couplings as well. They are big tools won't work on smaller hoses. I'm very happy with purchase. The only thing is they are overpriced for what you get.

Another got to have tool.
Way better than a radiator hose pick tool. I've used this on 4" and 2 " radiator hose. Was also able to remove a 3.5" rubber union hose that connected to the intercooler for the turbo on a diesel engine. I was able to re use the hoses thanks to this tool. They feel well made. Never felt like it wanted to bend when I was using it. By far the best way to get a hose off that feels like it has grown onto the metal piping. Using penetrating spray oil with this tool is the way to go.

Great quality tools!
These are great quality tools that mechanic husband likes and uses for work. They are nice heavy duty with no sharp points to use for changing out hoses on diesel trucks and working in tight spaces.

Great tools, with perfect head design.
These two tools have similar pry design, with a straight tool, and a curved tool. Used both with great results. Curved allows great control, so no slippage, and minimizes knuckle injury. I expect that these will last many years. Pricy, but you do get what you pay for - an exceptional set of tools.
