Mmm, Smokey. Gotta understand the p setting!
The first burn was Smokey!The second had ribs in it and it worked great. I’ve read a lot about temperature control and you NEED to adjust you “p” setting. This adjusts the speed at which pellets are moved to the burn chamber. It stands for “pause” and a low P means faster movements. Faster movement means more pellets- and more heat.If you are using it to smoke, it needs to be set to at least 4!I’ve used it once and it worked like a charm. Still working on temp control, but I think it did just fine. For the price I am very happy.

Nothing better than smoking meat in the backyard with a smoker that’s easy to use, and gives great results.

No smoke
No smoke all I get is a constant flame would not recommend this to any one , no details on how to first start up or burn in set up just a grill as if now , smoke is not even producing in smoke cycle just heat but contacted customer service and will send me a new smoker box , hopefully will solve the problem and can enjoy the smoky flavor of foods I like customer service was excellent in solving my problem hopefully I can change there rating very impressed with customer support! Sent me a new pellet box control unit it works better than the other but still doesn't hold a steady temperature on smoking setting but it works , sorry can recommend this one but it did the jobs on my ribs took longer than it should have but it did work maybe a more expensive one with me better parts and temperature probe might have been a better choice but satisfied for now u get wat u pay for,but customer service is great after getting some use with this smoker it works well no digital read out it all analog but temperature stays with I'm 5 to 10 degrees ribs and brats came out well with more use of this and some experience with this it should work great iam satisfied with this product but could have some improvement in a better temperature probe being more accurate, digital display, and a easier way to purge the pellet but overall it a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10

Best thing I ever bought for my outdoor kitchen literally dump pellets in it turn it on and walk away lights itself this is the best thing ever I put these chicken thighs on went up to my shop with my son for an hour forgot about them cuz he got me sidetracked came back an hour later and we all know what chicken thighs normally do on a gas grill you got to stand there and watch them or they burn up in a greasy mess I came back and opened the lid and that's what I saw Golden Brown beautiful scrumptious chicken thighs buy it buy it buy it number one

Quality at hundreds less
Love the use and options that you would find in treager or out boss models that this brand provides but at hundreds less. Same quality same materials that other name brands use but again much less

I'm new to pellet grill world. Mine arrived damaged in shipping so I called the number and was sent replacement parts quicklyThis grill is designed very well. Strong and sturdy. Smokes well.Update and change of ratingSmoking a chicken today and when put temp to 225 it takes off and when I checked it was at 450. Smoke coming from the pellet hopper. Called got no answer. Tried facebook. No reply. Chicken tastes like burned paint and the grill is not something I can cook with. No confidence in it at all.

Could be good but……..
On a good note this was easy to assemble. On to why I gave a one star. Received the grill, assembled and started the first burn cycle for seasoning. Igniter would start and feed auger would not feed pellets. I called customer service and they were not helpful and wanted me to disassemble and return. I found this unacceptable. I wanted an exchange they were unwilling too cooperate so I started a return and got my money back. The grill seems to be built ok just customer service is subpar.

Great BBQ but bad shipping. Bubbling paint at low heat
Great barbecue but the shipping damaged it a little bit. Though that is fedexs issue. Amended Aug-7-2020. Grill is awesome, works well and I love it. Today the paint decided to bubble after half an hour at 250. I contacted the seller today regarding this, concerning because their was smoke coming out of the bubbles. This shouldn’t happen at such a medium heat. I’ve had it at high heat and didn’t have this problem. Defective unit? I love this grill but this was pretty concerning.
