As expected, they're excellent!
I've had these earbuds for two months now and have given them almost daily use. They're especially useful in the office space and in the gym. Here's a list of pros and cons based on my experience:Pros:- The sound quality is clear, the bass is great (although I've had to tweak this in the app).- The noise cancellation is fantastic; I've used these to play games on my pc and my girlfriend would have to scream at me to get my attention.- The battery life is impressive! I've left these in my backpack for over week and just constantly forgot to charge them at home while using them moderately at work for 1-2 hrs a day and they have not ever run out on me.Cons:- The ambiance mode is a bit iffy and useless for me, but I can see how others would like a bit of white noise.- The comfort level is not the greatest for long term use. After an hour of use, I definitely feel some ear fatigue. The rubber buds themselves are not that great in quality, and the device is a bit heavy on the ears. This can probably be eased a bit by buying better quality replacement buds.

1000x better than the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro for NC and comfort.
I initially went with the Galaxy Buds pro based on reviews, but the Noise Cancelation was virtually non existent compared the my Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones. Luckily Amazon let me return them. But these Sony's are fantastic - very comparable NC to the XM4 H.Ph. Sound quality is good (I'm fussy), full with a nice bass, not too fake boomy bass like many nowadays. Also not tinny or hollow. Very happy. I listen to a very wide genre of music so I'm glad these are balanced.Features - touch control is way more reliable than the Samsung. AlsoFit - They seem to sit well and not inclined to fall out. For my ears these are way more comfortable than the Samsung Pro's. I got sore ears very fast with the Samsung Pro's no matter which tips I used. These Sony's feel just right. The large bit hangs outside of your ears, nothing wrong with that, just seemed odd at first, but I think that's a big part of the comfort level, not squeezing it all inside your ears. What I don't like -They should be easier to get out of the case, not really hard but just takes a little more fiddling than it should. I'm sure I'll get used to that. I also don't like the rounded case as I want it to sit up with a flat base - it does sit upside down nicely, but that messes with my OCD :-)I was nervous to buy these after my Samsung experience, but really happy I did. An excellent buy.

Really good. Almost great.
First and foremost the sound quality of these headphones is amazing. Unfortunately the best thing about this product is in some ways either limited or restricted in some way. The 360 audio feature unlocks the true power of these headphones, but it's hidden behind a pay wall that has you subscribe to a very limited service to take advantage of. I think that if you are only going to offer the best quality behind some kind of pay wall there should be more that you can do with it.The second issue I have with these headphones is the noise canceling feature. It is true that you can adjust the noise canceling to your environment but doing so comes at the cost of sound quality. The third thing that affects the sound is the feature that detects your movement and automatically adjusts the sound for you. When you go from sitting or resting to walking or running the sound will remove most of the bass and turn down the noise canceling features so that you can hear around you. I think that's a great option to have but I wish that there was a way to manually control it. My sounds shouldn't adjust just because I'm going to the fridge to get a drink.Long story short I think that these headphones are of really good quality but too many of the sound features that should be available are either automated or come at a cost that doesn't come with a huge payoff for paying it.

Returned faulty unit only to receive another faulty unit
Was looking for headphones that would pair with an iPhone and Windows 11 laptop.First pair arrived with a dying right earbud (power light flickered when in charging case) and wouldn't pair.Returned and the second one appeared to work. It paired with my iPhone quickly using their Headphone app. Sound quality is pretty good but by the end of the day I found this pair was also defective. This pair appears to have a faulty left ear bud. The touch sensor is unresponsive making it impossible to enable pairing mode for other devices. This also prevents you from resetting or re-initializing the ear buds. Additionally the battery drops from 100% battery to 70% after a few minutes.Aside from QC issues, Noise cancellation is okay but does not appear to be as good as first gen Air Pod Pros. Charging case is unpleasantly large to carry in a pants pocket.
