A fantastic introduction into fitness
Getting into healthy habits and improving your level of fitness can be a daunting task. Not knowing where to start is frustrating and discouraging. Books like this are essential to the gaming community and are a welcome addition to an under represented crowd.

Love It & Just What I Need!
I was looking for a book about health-wise for gaming-related & I came across this book. My favorite content about this book is he talks about “Healthy Gamer Injuries & Prevention, ” & the most common gamer injuries on there. Even though I already read this book twice just to come back again & make sure to stay healthy as a gamer myself. It's easy to read & $10 I think it was worth it. I am happy that I found this book

Comprehensive, fun, and important resource for every gamer
As a yoga instructor and lover of video games, I found Tyler’s health resource for gamers to be super important and informative. The book is comprehensive and helps raise awareness about how to really care for and optimize the body and mind, in a fun and approachable way.I also focus on gamers in my teaching (@yogaforgamers) because I’ve noticed and experienced how open minded and creative this community can be. With that perspective, gamers will love The Healthy Gamer Fitness Guide for the goal-oriented motivation and game-like experience it provides, helping us take a “gameful” attitude into the real world.

Simple and relatable.
Wonderful book for gamers looking to take a positive turn into their health! Tyler has done a great job encompassing where his passion in gaming and fitness came from and relating to the audience. He does a great job at explaining exercises, what they do, and how they can help a gamer. If you’re a gamer and aren’t sure where to start and are too afraid to jump into the gym, read this book and it’ll give you a great foundation to making positive change!!

Essential guide
This book has become an invaluable guide, written simply enough for pull information out of it, but retains a sense of intuitiveness that helps me tackle some of the more in-depth aspects of the game. If your child (or you) plays this game, this book is a must have.

This book has opened my eyes to so many things I've been doing wrong, in my day to day life and infront of the computer. The tips and tricks Tyler lays out and explains to the reader in this book are so helpful! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to improve themselves or their gaming.

Thoughtfully written
I've never seen a book that's been tailored to this demographic. Gaming & Health don't often go hand in hand. Great book and would recommend if you are wanting to understand how to balance both sides of your life
