Couch showed up pretty quick. Unfortunately when it arrived it had damage to it . Nice couch, family loves it. Customer service acted quickly and replaced torn piece.

I was very skeptical about buying a couch I can’t physically see and touch but this couch definitely was what I was looking for. I needed a smaller sectional as my last set of furniture was too large and I wanted it to look elegant and fit nicely more so than I cared about comfort. There are a lot of reviews saying the couch is too firm and they are right! It is very firm but I have seen some improvement in the last couple weeks. It was very easy to assemble and comes with two throw pillows that I did not expect. This is a relatively cheap sectional That I say is 100% worth the money, just depends on if you’re more interested in looks or comfort.

It looks nice but it’s the type of couch that have to sit on a bunch for it to soften up a bit. It’s a little smaller than I would like but it’s decent and I’m fairly happy with it!

So I bought this cough 2 years ago thinking it would be a great couch for our family and long lasting. Legit a month after having it springs start popping out through the foam. I still have it because honestly I don't feel like dealing with getting a new one online I'd rather go to a furniture store and get one much more sturdy and less likely to pop springs out. I planned to repurpose it and put memory foam into the cushions and pillows to attempt to make it more comfortable maybe I'll keep it longer. But otherwise it's an $800 couch thats worth maybe 200. Don't do it.

This is a great living room set the company is really great they understand it's bad times and they shipped the item on time and fast they really work out any issue you have and they will solve anything the quality is top and product is really great and the colors are a match and they give you what you paid for the couches are wide and very comfortable I will buy from them again and you should too its worth fast delivery and very good staff

First off im just going to say dealing with the shippers is extremely aggravating. Not only will they refuse to help you move it even to your porch (they just dropped it in my driveway) but they also had to redeliver it 4 times because they came in the wrong truck (how they did it so many times is beyond me) or tried to get me to sign on one that had the wood ripped off the front (even the box was ripped open).Second, the “super strong velcro” is like a piece of cotton glued to the back to look like velcro. It doesnt stick and the cushions slide everywhere.Third, its VERY firm. It looks like its going to be comfy and even when pulling everything out i was touching stuff like “oh this must be the back” because of how hard they were but nope. That’s the seat.And lastly, it feels cheap. The legs are cheap little plastic pieces, the couch itself is hollow, and the velcro doesnt work.At least the ottoman is nice and its easy to put together

The couch looks nice enough and was super easy to assemble. However its literally the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I've ever sat on. It feels like you're in a waiting room sitting on bricks. Dont buy this.

This sectional was a great price and we loved the look. We were worried about ordering a sofa online but it came well packaged and easy to assemble in about 20 minutes. It’s definitely firm but most couches are at first. I love the feel and the storage ottoman is so handy! We’ll see how much of a beating it takes with a 5 year old but I’m very happy with it thus far!
