Does that product stains your teeth or discolor it?

No, I'd advise using a tooth brush to gently brush it on to the gums, there's been no staining, it has helped and I still have some left.

Has anyone used this for receding gums?

Yes ,really good best I have tried, I had really bad gum disease and abscess etc also used gingigel to help repair gums x

Makes my gums tingle is that normal?

Mine do too but it lasts for a short while.But the product is great used it for a month now.
