Nice Set Of Resistance Bands At An Affordable Price
If you're like me, you maybe haven't been the most dedicated gym goer since high school phys ed. Okay, okay... I avoid the places like the plague. Masses of other people all sweating and grunting and walking around all naked in the locker rooms just isn't my idea of a great time.I've had a spat of injuries and serious health concerns over the years and recently decided I need to do at least a little something to get my body working at least a little better again, so I decided to give these a try.Overall, I'm quite pleased with my purchase. The resistance bands themselves feel sturdy. Maybe not the highest quality ever, so you probably won't be breaking any Olympic records by using these things, but for an at home exercise regimen, they feel really nice. They feel like they'll hold up to just about anyone's typical routine without much problem at all.Love the fact that the bands are each marked with weight resistance levels. That will make it easy to keep track of progress as I go along and get all swole (as the kids say these days). :PThe fact that it comes with a carrying/storage bag is nice, however my bag ripped in almost completely down one side as soon as I took the bands out the first time. That's not a big deal for me as I'll be storing them in a drawer when not in use and won't be traveling with them, but for folks who would like to have the bag, they may not find it very durable. The biggest flaw I can find with this set of resistance bands is the size of the carabiners that attach the handles to the bands. They're just not very easy to use or big enough if you've managed to work your way up to three, four, or five bands at a time. They also feel a little on the cheap side. I'm sure they'll hold up to one of two bands just fine, so it won't be an issue for me personally for a while yet, but if/when I start adding more bands at a time, it probably will mean having to replace those with bigger ones. Not a huge drawback to an otherwise very good set, but something to consider for those on a tight budget. All in all, I'll give these a solid four stars. Some higher quality carabiners would have bumped that score up for sure, but for under $40, you'd be hard pressed to find a better set of resistance bands anywhere.

DURABLE, VERSATILE and PLIABLE Bands
Wow! I decided to buy these bands after I have decided to start trying to work out more consistently. I do not have a gym membership because I do not go enough to justify the cost of a monthly membership. These bands are so versatile and easy to use. I thought for sure when I put it in the door that I would inevitably be someone who had the misfortune of doing it wrong and having the band snap me in the back or face. I can happily report that hasn't happened! If you can close a door or stand, then you can use these bands. My husband even started using these bands and said they are way more versatile than the at home weights we have. The differences in resistance levels are spot on. I also like that you can easily change it out so that you can use it for your legs (so it wraps around your ankle). It also comes with a pamphlet of exercises (with pictures) which I found helpful (and taped up to our door). These are also way better than weights because you can easily pick them up and store them without taking up any space. Although I have left them just dangling from the door knob as sometimes we see them and just go over and do a set of bicep curls. The bands themselves are very thick material and the handles and ankle straps seem extremely durable.I am extremely pleased with this purchase and highly recommend!

Cheaper than BowFlex
Due to COVID-19, I need an alternative option for the gym. I found the Ambor Resistance bands on Amazon and decided to purchase it because the band I had, got snapped. I am very pleased with the purchase and versatility of the bands. The bands have label on them which equates to how many lbs of work out resistant you getting. you can add more bands if you want more resistant. It also comes with the door stopper, which is a key item that allows you to perform different type of exercises. You can hang it on top of the door, side of the door, or bottom of the door, depending on the exercise that you want to do. It also comes with the ankle strap, which allows you to perform hamstring exercise or leg extension exercise if you have a chair with an opening in the bottom. The only exercise that I cannot use the bands for is chest fly. I am sure it can be done if you buy another set of bands and have another door close by to hang the second set. But overall, you can do lots of different exercises. It even comes with a brochure of pictures of the different exercises that you can do with the bands. I just got it so I do not know how durable it can be. The resistance training is like using the Bowflex, except this is cheaper and all you need is a door.

Great quality - would buy again but I don't think I'll need to!
BLUF - these are great and, in my opinion, significantly better than the average resistance band. I have been using for about 2 months now, and I am not gentle on work out equipment - if it can't handle what I throw at it then it's useless. I have had a couple other sets of bands, have broken several (that hurt) so have gotten picky about them. The overall construction is much better than I've gotten in the past, they're nicely labelled with their "weight," the handles that come with are even big enough (this has been a problem with others). I do a mix of weights/resistance/cardio on alternating days and really put these things to hard use. I think they're gonna hold up well! Only "improve" feedback for seller/other buyers I have is the carabiners that came with, in my opinion, should be D ring or otherwise have a flat part where they attach so they'll sit better, and I recommend you improve the quality as the springs/fitment on the carabiners are mediocre - I expect these to fail and they're not expensive to replace so not over concerned. This would not at all stop me from buying them - it's just the only improve I'd suggest! Good stuff, thank you!

these are just what I wanted
I am known my 60's so I accept I will never develop bulging muscles. My aim is to increase my muscle strength and development to protect my joints and to complement the pilates and cycling I do. In short, the cycling gives me cardio, the pilates gives me flexibility and the resistance bands give me strength. I know there is across over between them all but combined they work well.I have previously (many years ago) been a gym member and used free weights, weight machines and the old chest expanders.I read a lot about the difference between free weights and the resistance bands and realised I could completely control the degree of movement and resistance with the bands from every conceivable angle and direction. In this way I am able to feel the movement through my limbs and joints without having to fight gravity. I fully understand that these bands do have their limitations in that the resistance is variable throughout the movement, whereas the resistance is fixed in free weights, but for my purpose I want this variable resistance. I have learnt from my research that many people may well start on these resistance bands and then move onto the free weights if they really want to develop muscle mass and strength beyond the variable resistance.I do not expect I will ever put all the bands on together but when family members come round and they want to do a workout they no longer have to bring their own equipment. At the moment I am doing reps of 10 using 30lb. It is not a heavy weight by any means but I can feel the movement and know it will make a difference quite quickly.I have used the door jam from both top and bottom but have not used the ankle straps yet.I have no problem in recommending the equipment.

Awesome Exercise Solution... GET THESE!
Having turned 50 at the back end of 2020 and put on a significant amount of lockdown 'belly' I decided that I needed to take the matter in hand and get myself in shape. Not one for going to the gym I decided on the gym at home idea and so researched the best options, to fit my budget and lifestyle. I decided that the best option for me was a set of resistance bands. I have to admit when they arrived I was completely amazed at the quality of everything. Everything from the packaging, instructions and the bands and accessories is perfect. I have used these every day since they arrived and they are simply amazing.Great product, great value for money!! Buy these..!
