Hartz Disposable Dog Diapers, Size S 36 count, Comfortable & Secure Fit, Easy to Put On

I have a 3 year old 4-5 lb Yorkie who has accidents in his crate/in my room overnight. I was tired of cleaning up daily messes in the morning so I turned to diapers. I tried three different sizes and two different brands from stores like Petco and none of them fit. They were either too small or too big. I tried this one from Amazon in XS and it fits like a glove and I’m glad I won’t have to keep wasting money looking for another one that fits! He hasn’t peed in it but he has pooped and it held the waste just fine. He has a docked tail and it does fit through the hole but I don’t usually do that because some of the waste falls out overnight. Definitely recommend and will be buying more once I run out!

These were a lifesaver during our puppy’s first heat. They don’t have the sticky tape. They are more micro Velcro. She hopped out of the car at home and ran to poop before I could take it off. There is actually a tab under the tail that allowed her to do her business outside of the diaper. Will use these until she’s out of heat and spayed!

These were the perfect size for my 2lbs puppy! It’s only a four star because she’s still able to wiggle out of them…

These are the best little diapers. As a nurse, I have seen many different types of diapers for people. This design may be the best I've seen yet. We have an older dog who has only recently been having trouble holding his urine through the night. These diapers are very absorbent and the liquid really does turn to a gel deep inside.What I really like is that the tail area can be enlarged to fit and the tabs can be refastened. The diapers do not tear when you take them off like others I have seen. The beauty of this is that he doesn't leak or have incontinence every single night. We only put a diaper on him at night for insurance and when he makes it all night, we can reuse the clean diaper again the next night. You can definitely tell by the feel of the gel and the smell when it is no longer clean.I think it wicks the urine away from the skin because he doesn't smell like urine when he has had an accident. I keep dog wipes handy to keep his skin clean in the event he does have an accident.In short, we will continue to buy these for our dog as long as needed and do recommend them.Our boy is a twenty-pound Cockapoo and the medium is perfect for him. (We started out with the wraps for male dogs... and for him that only ended up as a belly wrap as it didn't keep him covered... ) You can't go wrong with these dog diapers.UPDATE - Our dog will be 17 years old in July. He doesn't see or hear as well and had a couple of accidents so we started keeping the diapers (we prefer to call them his 'lounging pants' in the house, 'sleeping pants' at night and 'travelling pants' if we are taking a trip in the car)... on him around the clock unless we are going for a walk. I will add that he still walks with us every morning 1.3 miles around the block.I have seen him stop and do a full pee into these pants several times when we have misread his cues. The pants DO NOT FAIL. There are nights when he sleeps all the way through the night and the pants are heavy in the morning. There has never been a leak from the pants.I can not say anything more positive than these have been an absolute LIFESAVER. They wick any moisture away from his skin. He never smells.... but of course, we always keep fresh pants on him.There may be other diaper/pants for dogs out there at a better price point, but in our 6 to 7 months of constant usage, I can't imaging ANY better product. We now refer to them as his "safety pants" (to the tune of "Safety Dance" for those of you old enough to remember that tune from the 80s)... gotta keep a sense of humor :)This product has never disappointed and we are eternally thankful for this amazing product at a fair price point. Attention, dachshund parents, these aren't weenie dog-approved. 😅 I could see these being perfect for a dog with average body proportions; however, our 18-year-old male dachshund's anatomy was a little too high for these, so when he peed, it shot up his front. We really needed a diaper that covered both ends while he was on a specific medication. However, since his body is so long, we are just cutting our losses and sticking with wraps for now, as number ones happen for him way more often than number twos these days.

I have a male ShihTzu that is 16yrs old that I have had since a puppy. He is house trained and usually lets us know when he needs to go out. As of late however, he has been having spells of reverting back to puppy behavior and having accidents inside the house. His eyesight is becoming poor along with his hearing. I was getting super frustrated continuously having to clean up accidents especially when in a time crunch. He also didn’t like being put into his kennel when I couldn’t keep an eye on him. In all the years I have had him, never had he debated with me until now. Who knew he had a big boy voice with so much to say?! Have you ever been cussed out by a dog 😂? That was not on my 2024 Bingo card!It is sad to see our four legged companions turn into senior animals as we too will be seniors one day. It truly requires lots of patience. I have people saying maybe I should put him down. I wouldn’t want someone to give up on me. It just doesn’t feel right in my heart especially when he still has so much spunk in him. He still runs up and down the stairs multiple times a day like he is a puppy and is very playful.These diapers are a lifesaver!!! I purchased a small for him and they fit well since I have his coat shaved low. If he were full on fluff, he would need a medium. The package has both pink and blue diapers inside with tail cutouts that can be enlarged. I utilized these and a male wrap style for extra security because they will slide off if he gets excited and shakes. He had an upset tummy for a few days and these did not leak from the backside at all! Yes I had to rebathe him, but that was so much easier! The velcro tabs reattach if they have not soiled the diaper and you want to reapply.He did not give me any problems putting/keeping them on and has worn them overnight. I just love on him as I put them on and he goes on about his happy self. Now I can leave him in his kennel with the door open and not worry about any surprises. This has made both of our lives so much better. It will increase his quality of life and has decreased my stress. I won’t hesitate to repurchase at all!

Good quality diaper. I buy this diaper for my 17 year old Yorkie Terrier and it works great. My dog weights 14lbs and he is around 14 inches long. I purchase the small size, but I would recommend using with Medium size instead. I will buy this product again.
