This is great GF bread! Best that I have found anywhere.

Best tasting Raisin bread!
My favorite raison bread thin enough so when it is toasted it has the perfect crunch, able to purchase 3 loaves at a time and I can freeze the extra so I don't run out!

Good but not great.
This bread has a good texture and a good taste. I have 2 complaints - the cinnamon flavor is very mild and the bread does not have many raisins per slice. It is a good gluten free cinnamon raisin bread but it pales in comparison to Franz Bakery gluten free cinnamon raising bread which is unfortunately no longer available. I have to add that I am thankful for this bread being available as there are so few options for GF bread available.

This is the old-fashioned raisin bread that you love
So, I saw this bread featured on a television news show and thought I would give it a try. I was fascinated by the idea of monks making bread and selling it. After all, monks do make the very best ale, so I thought the bread might be equally good. I was very surprised to see it on Amazon but ordered it right away. This bread is delicious, And I love the small size. It is perfect for a treat with tea in the afternoon. Or a light dessert after dinner. It is almost more cake than bread, but less bulky. The balance of cinnamon and raisins is delectably delicious. I highly recommend this bread. Enjoy!
