My new cooking staple!
Love these onion granules! Since purchasing them they have become a staple in my cooking! I add them to just about everything now and it gives such a nice flavor. They are slightly toasty which we love. And just adds a depth of flavor to everything. I even add a little to homemade macaroni and cheese. Not sure where the negative reviews come from, but I am definitely purchasing again! Yes they clump slightly but I just shake the jar I store them in and that works great. Much better than added anti-caking ingredients that may not be healthy.

The best of the best
This is a great seasoning for any food preparation requiring a subtle onion flavor. I find it provides a touch of creaminess as well. Another benefit is the accurate description; granulated The texture is true granulate unlike others that are described as such but are essentially powdered. This is especially helpful when creating rubs, as it makes it easier to distribute within the combination of other seasons. The finer granulated onion offerings tend to be too powdery and settle to the bottom of your mixtures making the flavoring unpredictable.

Looks good, tastes good
We go through a lot of spices, so buying the 1 pound bag is a good value for us. The product is a good as any I have used in the past. We go organic, there is not an easy way to really know how pure it actually is, but there is no indication of any problem.

Yummy!
I really like having a spice product like this on my spice shelf. I make all of my own rubs and these granules are perfect for these spice rubs. I also use them on baked and roasted vegetables. These granules are also yummy on cheese breads and pizzas. You can really use them on anything you like. They really just add flavor.

I can't say enough good things about this company and their spices. We go through onion granules rather quickly. It's a great way to add a lot of flavor without adding moisture. The company is also gluten free, and top 8 allergy free, so a real win for those who need that. They're also a corn free company, which is great for me personally.

Great celiac approved spice.
Tastes like onion, what more could anyone want?I'm celiac and have never had celiac symptoms with Spicely spices. The onion spice has a fresher taste than store bought brands. Maybe because it's fresh, maybe because it's actually just onion and no fillers.

If you're a CELIAC, do NOT purchase. Know how we enjoy weeks of not having a gluten interaction? This product is most certainly NOT Gluten-Free. It's FULL of gluten. DO. NOT. PURCHASE. This company is now complete garbage. Utterly DISGUSTED (and sick for numerous days).
