I didn't bargain for a starter that you have to feed 1 cup of sugar every 5 days! Whoa! Too much sugar and thick gluck is the result. I called the company several times to get it straight-as the package includes no instructions. I even asked for a recipe that would use such a sweet starter--no help. Finally, Amazon refunded me, as it was not as promised. What the he__???

It's very easy to make, but how does it taste? Meh

I suppose it is my fault because I never imagined 16 Oz being this small. It is small enough to just sit on my hand. $16.99???? It is one serving that requires 1 cup of water.

Made this for the first time and the glaze mix was missing from the bag. Baked in 40 minutes. This seems more cake-like that bread-like. Tastes very good with a strong cinnamon taste. Was not what I was expecting but still good. It reminded me of coffee cake :).
