Kung Funny panda is a trilogy you must see! The third installment is great!! More PANDAS!!!!!
Good movie. This trilogy is wonderful. Po's adventures carry on with the 5 only to learn his father IS alive! Upsetting his father Mr Ping of course. Not only is his father alive and well but there are more pandas living in a secret village where PO must go alone to master chi in order to defeat the new villain that is stealing everyones Chi! Mr. Ping tags along to help PO learn to live like a real panda which includes much more food of course 😀!!!!!!The movie is pretty good but I did have some issues. His father never explains how he survived, how he found more pandas and why he never looked for PO then. The five are not really apart of this movie. This bothered me because...their the five. Tigress has a small part at the end but I just feel like obviously there was more to her story that was never told or finished and I was expecting them to elaborate on things. In 1 she flashes back to being a baby and hints that maybe shifu raised her too!? In 2 on the boat PO tells her he's adopted, they talk and she is interrupted as she is about to say something about her past...!? She understands what he's going through blah blah. Done. She never finishes. Obvi in 3 I thought her story would be told.I thought the scene was written poorly when PO and his father meet. He says he lost his son. PO says I lost my father. Po says i hope you find your son and li says i hope you find your father...po says thanks. BOOM they realize its them and they hug. A....he did not lose his father. He lost his father to death but they're speaking literal here PO never says his dad is dead. So his father is gone not lost why would he think this strange panda IS his dad. B he cannot FIND his dad...idk, it was just a unrealistic meeting based on the facts of pos story.I thought it would have been nice if he met his mother then if he could go to the spirit realm or in a dream. Also I felt they were hiding because of Shen...villain 2 from 2. He was defeated. Pandas no longer have to hide.Besides my own thoughts and opinions the movie is still good. A must watch!

Awesome movie
So basicallyy you rent the movie. This movie in my opinion is the best of the series since the first one. I think it gives you three days to finish the movie once you start when you rent it.

Great family movie.
I surprised my 4 special needs children with movie night. Did I mention that this was movie night at home? Way less expensive then the theaters now a days. They loved seeing Kung Fu Panda in the theaters but with 4 special needs children sometimes the theaters is not a good idea. Kung Fu Panda 3 was terrific. Po was hysterical. 2 of my children were saying they look alike, really? You both are looking for the same thing. (Don't want to give it away) Anyway they still laughed when minutes later Po figured it out. The action scenes were great especially the slow motion ones that they do with the karate. My children were enthralled with the slow motion. This is huge as they generally don't pay attention to the little things. The moral shown was that if we are stick together even when only one is in trouble, then we are stronger united. One person may not be able to accomplish the task but united, well that is a different story. Also that self esteem, believing in oneself really does make a difference. The rolling instead of walking because that is what pandas do, again my children were belly laughing. We of course had to let them know that was pandas not people. :) They loved the movie and will be watching it over and over. We love the morals taught through fun and action. We absolutely recommend this movie for anyone who wants to sit back and relax away from the cares of this world.

Not like the previous two
I have always loved Kung Fu Panda. Next to How to Train Your Dragon, it was one of my absolute favorites.I really liked how the first and second movies had a more serious meaning to them, a pretty beautiful lesson to them, it was funny, but it was also deep. You could get emotionally invested and also enjoy some laughs. I mean, it's Jack Black, come on.Well, the third one... You definitely get plenty of laughs, don't get me wrong. But, I think the meaning in this one got a little lost somehow. When I saw the scene of the panda village at the end of Kung Fu Panda 2, I got so excited for a third movie. I wanted to see how amazing this village was and how awesome his dad was going to be.Then we come to the actual movie... It felt... kind of rushed... and way more childish than the previous two. That's not inherently bad, these movies have always been kind of veered towards kids and had a very funny attitude. However, the previous two made kids and adults laugh. The third movie's humor actually made me a little uncomfortable. Like the kind of uncomfortable feeling you get watching kid shows for like... toddlers. It felt thrown together, and I'm sorry, but the story was pretty weak for the adult audience. I wasn't able to fully enjoy it. The excitement I had at the end of the second movie was completely crushed. Now, I still like the movie, but I would be lying if I said that I enjoy it just as much or more than the previous two.

I cannot say it better the "Return to Awsomeness"
I cannot say it better the "Return to Awsomeness". I loved Kung Fu Panda 1 and though 2 was ok but went a little too dark and gave my kids nightmares (we was 4 at the time). This movie is a complete return to form of everything that made the first movie great. It is funny (in some cases silly, other laugh out loud) and action packed, without going too dark. Me and my not 2 boys saw this in cinema, and (despite the extortionate prices of cinema tickets) left happy. So getting it on was a no brainer.Po is given a new mission, to improve his own knowledge of martial arts he is told to teach. However to defeat resurrected ancient evil he must also learn secret techniques with died with the Pandas. Luckily there might be a couple still around to teach him including one who could be very close to Po personally. However can Po learn what only a few of the greatest master living or dead have ever been able to master. All this and Po's destiny as the Dragon Warrior is revealed. This is just and all round awesome family movie.

No HD sound on bluray
Can you believe in 2016 a film can be released without HD sound? A blockbuster animated film no less. The audio lacks power because of this, and the consumer should feel they are getting less for their money. The film is more of the same, enjoyable enough, but no match for the first two films, which drop kick this one right out of the dojo.
