I like this Pulse Ox so much I ordered one for my 84 yr old mother that has had aortic valve replacement so needs to keep track of her heart stats while exercising. Me too on exercising. This product exceeded my expectation by alot! Very well made. Easy to load batteries. Good size numbers to read if older. Even tells Perfusion Index which is an extra. You can change about anywhere the data appears, brightness level, set alarms for low's and high's. All with ONE button. Instructions are pretty good. My ONLY complaint IS, the paper directions are so small in print that I could read them even with 3.0 readers. I had to get a magnifying lens plus the 3.0 and still difficult. My eye sight is not that made at 63, its the font on the directions. Please if you could get the directions blown up in size because alot of your orders are from the older folks. Thats my only beef. great product, very accurate. Not a toy like alot of these are on here.

My pulse oximeter arrived with bad batteries, but when I reached out to the MeasuPro customer service they were amazingly helpful. The unit would come on, but the minute you tried to take a reading it would shut off. I tested the batteries with multimeter and they looked good. Fearing a defective unit, I contacted customer service who quickly replied and suggested trying new batteries. I put a pair of new Duracells in and voila! It worked perfectly. The best part was that Measurpro refunded me for the cost of purchasing the batteries.What I like about the unit - the alerting feature is great, not many units have this. I also like how you can see the Perfusion index and heartbeats in bar graph format.The display is easy to read and the rotate screen feature is very useful. My one wish is that the screen would auto-rotate instead of having to push a button.Would buy this again.

I bought this MeasuPro Oxygen Sensor in 2016. It's easy to use and is accurate. Was easy to put in the 2 AAA batteries, then start using. After 7 years it still works great.

Works great! I've only had one pt with poor peripheral circulation that it wouldn't read on. Wished the button was on the other side tho, then you could open it and start it at the same time with one pinch. Seems to be plenty accurate compared to others I've used at the same time, on the same hand. Dropped it a couple of times and still works just fine. I also like the number sizes, colors and font - easy to read.

I had been looking for a simple digital pulse meter to be able to do simple spot check of both resting and during exercise and this one covered what I was looking for. Unit seems very durable. Display is very easy to read and can be rotated to desired orientation. I also like the bar graph and battery meter. Unit shuts off very quickly after use to preserve battery when finger removed. I had read previous reviews so didn't have any problem figuring out how to install the provided AAA batteries. This has a feature that I wasn't initially looking for (oxygen saturation level) and I haven't tried changing the alarm level settings yet but these features did not affect ease of use. No longer trying to estimate pulse rate with fingers on wrist or neck!

I have very low blood pressure, in spite of many medical interventions, and need to monitor my tachycardia and bradycardia with oxygenation perfusion.

This product is easy to read, compact, and accurate, and it has lasted for years. I have lung issues and routinely test my blood oxygen levels to make sure all is well. While traveling to visit my parents, my dad started behaving strangely, as if he was disoriented. Recognizing the signs of hypoxia, I grabbed my O2 meter and tested him on the spot. His O2 was dangerously low so I rushed him to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with and treated for a blood clot in his lung. If I had not been able to test his O2 so easily we may have not acted quickly enough. This little device literally helped us save his life.

When I first received the MeasuPro OX250 it worked very well even though the instructions for programming were not very clear. It had a nice carrying case and was easy to use (I have to monitor my pulse rate quite often during the day due to brain aneurysms) so it was convenient to keep at my desk at work. I used it for 5 days. Today it just quit working properly. Batteries still showed fully charged but the only reading I could get was flat blue lines at first then lines that gave a slight indication that I had a pulse. I would not recommend!!!
