Depends on how fast you go through them. There's a good amount of acidity in these (vinegar) so they'll resist bacteria well but that's not indefinite. Be your own judge but I would magic marker the purchase date on the bottoms and decide on # months, if you exceed that put them in the fridge. If you want to remove all doubt, refrigerate. :)

I would say yes as long as you have no fear of someone having tampered with it.

Can this be sent as a gift without the price tag enclosed

The first seller presented the pack in a nice box that definitely could be gifted, but the second seller sent as some mess of sauces wrapped in grey plastic. So I guess contact the seller to clarify.
