The product doesn't have kosher certificate. But since it doesn't contain any meat or milk products inside, we can say it is Pareve. The food coloring ingredients are all from herbals. Our candies doesn't have any animal sourced food coloring or food flavoring. We always prefer the natural vegetable sources.

Is this chewy and taste like Gummy candy or like Halwa?

Gummy candy with nuts and rose petals...very good

does this have soy in it?

I sent this as a gift to a friend so I didn't see the exact contents of the various flavors. I ate one of the pieces when I saw my friend and it was absolutely delicious! I recommend purchasing the Cerez Pazari Turkish Delight.
