In the Army I used to fit chemical masks on soldiers, so I have a good deal of experience with these types of products. As a mass produced mask, your not going to get a perfect fit, but this one can do well enough under the correct instances. First, this mask feels as if it is designed for a small FACE (note not a small head - there's a difference and it matters). They say its an n99 rated filter, which it may be, but if you don't get a good seal on your skin it won't matter. If your like me and have a beard, you will not get a proper seal. That does NOT mean this or any other mask can't be effective, just don't expect perfect results. But to the question of does the mask work? Yes, it cuts out dust and pollen, but don't say it doesn't work if it's not a proper fit. It works ok for me, even though it's a little small (I have a medium sized face), and it is tight on the nose. The air valves work as they are supposed too, although I do get fogging on the glasses, again due to not a perfect fit. I purchased this product to deal allegies and pollen; would I recommend it? Only to those with small faces, as others may not have the best experience. Quality wise, I've not found any issue's, and mine seems to be well made.

It fell apart after one use. $20 for a mask that didn’t really fit either. The one Ed come apart constantly. It’s junk.

Absolutely trash. The vents fell off, this mask protects no one from anything. Bring it to your doctor like I did so you can watch them laugh at you.
