How can I go wrong with garlic, astralagus, oregano and olive leaf?! I take 2 with food and I think this combination is good. Im happy.

This product is safe and bennificial to any age
This item is very good, and helps keep me healthy. I have less colds and less feeling sick due to the common cold or the flu. I recommend it to everyone.

Research shows that this stuff should help for various health issues
This is one of those things that you have to take on faith. Faith in the science. I don't really notice any difference, and that is perhaps because I don't take it everyday. But I do take it when I have a cold or anything, because the research I have read on at least me to believe that it does help when you have any kind of cold, and probably helps with cholesterol and other things. But I can't be 100% certain which is why I don't give it five stars.

Good product, good price
The capsules are of "average" size and easy to swallow. They don't cause our skin to smell like garlic! The dose is 2 capsules twice a day with food. Since I follow this regimen, they don't cause stomach upset. I bought the 240-count bottle, which will last 60 days - good value.
