The quality appears to be good but unfortunately they apparently run about one size smaller than I expected so I'll be exchanging them.

looked at the size chart and it said to buy ...
looked at the size chart and it said to buy size 31 wear a 32 waist. Just fits. As long as i don't gain weight these will be a pair of shorts in high rotation.
