Cheapest name in the game, and it's really good given that.
Made some mall-style bourbon chicken sauce with this (And ginger powder, garlic powder, pineapple concentrate, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sweetener and thickener), and MAN it's EXACTLY what I wanted. The concentrate is, as expected for an extract, disgusting if tasted directly, but it's the exact flavor I needed for this sauce. Definitely the cheapest brand I could easily find, which is nice considering that a more mainstream brand like Amoretti asks for like six times the amount of money. I'm very happy with it. Haven't had it long enough to know if it really doesn't need to be refrigerated, so I'll probably end up finding out the hard way if it goes off. Was very easy to work with, given it was a thin water-like liquid that was very simple to measure. Can't say it smelled like anything, but I did buy it for the sake of recreating my favorite type of mall food-court chicken, which this excelled at. Not sure why it's asking me to talk about color, but it's a pale liquid? Not really noteworthy mentioning, since I doubt neutrality matters for anything people make with this. Anyway, great product, I'm very happy to finally have the key to making my childhood favorite sauce from a mall that now no-longer exists.

Pork Meet OliveNation - OliveNation Meet Pork - It Was Love At First Sight!
This company makes great products and this Bourbon Whiskey added to your favorite liquid smoke and then danced across some pork ribs ready for the BBQ will make you the talk of the neighborhood. Very pleasant flavor and it makes a great addon for both steaks, ribs, pork cuts and a nice chicken smoke as well. :)

Good
Good, but really need a lot to flavor a drink well; I find the essences to overall be better, since more concentrated.

Great for low alcohol drinks
Tried zero alcohol products that just tasted like pepper water. This is great for low alcohol cocktails mixed with vermouth, fruit juice and ice.

No Whiskey flavor
I saw some reviews that said it had no actual whiskey flavor, and hoped they were wrong. They weren't. Adding this to ice cream, pies, etc produced no detectible flavor. A total waste of money. McCormick has some rum flavoring that is pretty good in ice cream. I was hoping this would be similar, with a whiskey flavor profile, but no luck.

Convincing flavor, but weak for an extract
I tried to use this to add bourbon flavor to a recipe, but it didn't really work. I poured a splash into a tasting glass and, well... it tastes a bit like a barrel-strength Bourbon (minus the burn) meaning it's got about twice as much flavor as regular old Bourbon. But, that's not very strong for an "extract" where you would expect a teaspoon to power through and flavor a dish. I suppose this is a good substitute for someone who doesn't want to handle actual liquor, and I bet it could even make a halfway decent mocktail, but it's a niche product at best.
