Do they fade or tarnish over time?

I have three pair and wear one of them everyday and shower with them as well. No tarnishing or color change after more than a year.

What's the country of origin?... it says usa but it looks like it is made in china

The box says made in China. Bought for granddaughter, pretty good quality for the price. I like huggie style earrings and have several pairs myself and wear them day and night. No reactions and the finish has not worn off.

Does its gold tone look rosy/reddish?

No. It looks like 18k type of gold.
