F2C 16FT Sectional Flagpole Kit Outdoor Halyard Pole W/1 US American 3'x5' Flag, In-Ground Pole and Hardware (16FT W/Flag)

Flag set is a great addition to our Farm. Easy to install & set up, looks very good!Unfortunately the rope isn't so great, it's been up since July 4 2021... it's totally coming apart in my hands! I will need to replace with better rope!

I was worried that this would be too tall, but i was able to leave out the #2 insert and it is the perfect height! . This is perfect for my home and I LOVE IT. I bought the Deneve Solar Flag Pole Light, Flag Light, LED Downlight for Most 15 to 25 Ft In-Ground Flag Poles, Fits 0.5" Wide Flag Ornament Spindles (Standard Silver) for it and it fit perfectly.

This was the cheapest way for us to put up a bat house at the right height in the yard (bat houses should not be placed on trees). It worked excellently for this purpose. the wind load for the bat house should be less than that of the flag and we hope for the somewhat thin walled tubing to hold up well.

So i got this as a father’s d present and loved it but yesterday was a sad day!! It’s been kind of nasty here for the past few weeks so I haven’t flown the flags and I went out yesterday to put them up and the rope was so brittle it came off the pulley at the top as soon as I started to bring the carabiners down so I could hook them to the flag. Upon further inspection the rope can barely be pulled on before it will snap, I’ve seen weeds tougher to break then this rope!! It’d be great if the company would put quality rope in the set or no rope at all and deduct a few dollars. Anyways I’m glad the flags wasn’t flying when it decided to snap cause I’d definitely be a bit more upset!

I bought mine on account of the low price. The vendor does not list the gauge, stating only that it is 'thick'. Well, it isn't; I measured it at 1.12 mm, which is 17 to 18 gauge. So, why the 4-star rating? First, IMHO most of these inexpensive sectional flagpoles are more or less the same...only the price changes. Second, this one was well packaged with each section sheathed in plastic film. The truck is a bit roughly made, but it fits and will work. The finial is made of two pieces of aluminium; reportedly others are cheap plastic. So, the pros are: this is probably as well made as all the others and it's cheaper. On the other hand, like all the others if its ilk, the halyard is a fairly open weave rope, probably nylon; this the wrong kind of rope to use as a halyard. I'll change it for Dacron of a similar size, as it won't deteriorate in the sun. I bought mine to hold up a wire ham radio antenna; so I don't need anything more than I received, which is actually a bit better than I expected.Update: I have two of these and they are slightly different. On one the swages fit very tightly and on the other a little bit looser. This is noticeable as bend. The one pole stays noticeably more erect than the other, due to small bending at the joints. Since I don't plan on taking these poles down, I applied a coat of JB Weld epoxy to the swaged ends and reassembled the poles. This makes a noticeable difference in rigidity. Bear in mind, I'm using these as end supports for a ham radio dipole antenna. The effect on a pole used for flags might be different, but I suspect not.

The pole is a thinner aluminum but so easy to assemble. The 3x5 flag is great quality but at 20 feet it seemed small so I ended up purchasing a 4x6 flag. The tube that goes in the ground needs some help pushing it in but nothing some elbow grease doesn’t fix. Best flag pole for such a lighter price tag. Just wish it came with a light.

This product is an easy to put together and affordable. Arrived earlier than promised.

Great value. This is well made and easy to erect. I had the flag flying by the end of the day. I also bought the solor light for the top. This pole can be easily taken down and disassembled.
