Fiber is such an important part of our diets, and like many Americans, I know I don’t get enough. I was looking for an easy way to supplement without having to drink gritty powders — those make me gag. These capsules are the perfect solution.They’re easy to take, and I keep a bottle both at home and at work. I typically take between 4–12 a day, adjusting based on how my body feels. If I need help “moving things along,” I’ll take a bit more. On lighter days, I dial it back.The pill size is totally manageable — roughly the length of a paperclip — and I’ve had no issues swallowing them. These have definitely become a staple in my routine.

I hate dealing with the loose psyllium so this is a great alternative. I will say you need to take a LOT of pills per day to meet the recommended intake (12 a day for at least 6 grams), but I don't have a problem splitting it up over the course of a day.

These are perfect for me. I am not the greatest at incorporating fiber into my diet so these came in handy. I have been having digestive issues for a long time now and these seemed to have fixed it. I must say I take two in the morning and I can feel it 10 minutes after taking them. I am gassy and some stomach discomfort but I feel as though that is normal seeing as I rarely get any fiber. I went from using the restroom once every five days to once a day. These are perfect if you are having digestive trouble and can’t seem to get enough fiber in your diet. Also, pills are easy to swallow and you can go at your own tolerance level. Start slow and work your way up.

Amo este producto, tengo problemas graves para ir al baño, he intentado muchos productos, algunos con el tiempo dejan de funcionar, este ya llevo varios meses usándolo y de verdad que es muy buen producto, no da cólicos y te hace ir al baño diario de manera regular.

Mine don't appear to have as much fiber in them as that name brand that I probably can't mention here but that can be had here on Amazon . A quick search will find it for you.The "results" are not as smooth. Can I say that?Recommend the more expensive item instead.
