My review
This book was helpful. I was able to put some of the questions and answers to good use recently. But I would suggest that you put the questions and answers into context and perspective. Not all potential employers are going to ask many of these questions. Especially some of the more trick ones. And if they do. I probably would not want to work for them anyway. But remember, it's worth a read even if it just gives you an insight into what might be asked.

Great Reference
This book is a good reference for those doing interviews for the first time or for those folks who have not done interviews in a while. It gives good explanation as to what the interviewer is looking for and has great suggestions for answering questions you may not be sure about. Good in-depth information as to the whole interview process. I purchased this book for my grandson and daughter who have not interviewed in awhile but, I found it very interesting as well as an employee.

Excellent book.
Excellent book. Some of the tricky questions one can anticipate in an interview are analyzed and answered thoroughly. I'd agree though there is still room for improvement in this book.

Got me a job within a week....
Well I was a bit sceptical about a book like this but I have to say, I downloaded it to my Kindle and read most of it - before going off for an interview and being offered a job - using some of the tips in there. It isn't rocket science, but makes you think about how some of your 'stock' answers at interviews may be received - and can be improved. The only thing I thought was a bit weird was the tip about not smoking a cigarette in an interview unless offered one by the interviewer! Definitely not written for the UK market then. Still - I got the job and there were definitely some good tips in there about answering questions is the most concise and beneficial way. I would recommend it to anyone job hunting - as it can only be helpful to you.

Excellent read for first interviews
Excellent book to prepare for first interviews. After reading it I realised how many times I could have expressed myself in a more clever and efficient way. It sets the building blocks of good interviews and gives a very good idea of the structure of any future job discussion.

It worked for me...
I bought this book a week before an interview as I had been suffering from some confidence issues. It contained a lot of useful help and advice and i felt much better prepared. The result was that i was offered the position i went for so i have to give some thanks to the author.Of course there are over a 100 questions here and in the interview you might get asked just two or three. But with careful planning it is easy enough to pick 10 - 15 questions to prepare.Overall, a very helpful book and I was glad I purchased it.

The best way to prepare for an interview!
Before reading this book I wondered how a full book could be dedicated to the questions and answers you might expect in an interview. Well I was amazed! The questions included in the book are so useful for any interview situation. I have been in situations before where I've had to hesitate when asked a question - but I'm pretty sure I won't need to any more as I am now prepared for anything! This goes through lots and lots of different questions (divided up into useful categories such as 'the top 10 interview questions', 'fifty more classic questions', 'top 25 tough questions' and more - yes there are LOTS of questions!)and explains the meaning behind the question and how to answer it in the best way. I really do think this book will help anyone who is going to an interview by helping them feel prepared and confident about what they might expect to be asked.

Well worth the money
I chose a copy of this from our local library and I liked it so much I bought it for my son who was looking for a new job. He read it and found it very useful for interview preparation, mainly because it is so easy to follow and gives clear, concise answers to the most awkward of questions. Most of us find job interviews daunting but after you have read and practised the answers in this book using your own experiences then you'll be well on your way to a more relaxed interview.

Brilliant book. I'd always struggled with the formal interview process and really understanding what they mean with each question. This book gives insight into what they're really trying to find out and gives a good structure for how to answer. I honestly credit this book with getting me my dream job. After reading the book, interviews actually become enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

Very useful
In writing this book the author has a clear goal: explaining the thinking behind your typical interview. It is not a list of questions and answers for you to memorize but a guide to preparation- it provides the principles and it is up to you to apply them.I found it really useful and as such would strongly recommend it

Absolutely brilliant! As it happened I wasn't asked any of his questions in my interview (can you believe it!) but reading the book gave me the confidence to think about what was being asked rather than doing my usual incomprehensible gabble.

Simple advice used to great effect
I enjoyed reading this book and took some really helpful hints about how just a few questions can be asked in lots of different ways. I also found it useful to understand what the questions were really getting at. A few well practised answers which highlights my strengths and what I can bring to the company can be used to answer many different types of questions. Well worth a read.
