5/16" T-Plate Sofa Leg Attachment Plates, Set of 4

These T-Plates are of excellent quality, are easy to install, and worked beautifully when making an improvised ottoman. They arrived well packaged and, with few tools and fanfare, and some well-crafted legs we also ordered from Amazon, we had a new piece of furniture that looked as though it was purchased from a retailer.These T-Plates and hardware are very strong. No cheap materials here. I also had no problems with ordering, packaging, and arriving on time. Great vendor, great product. We are very happy with this purchase.

to go along with 4 new sofa legs that I also purchased from Amazon. I have my own drill so it was easy enough to drill holes on the bottom of my sofa for the T-plates. These plates are really necessary to reinforce the legs on sofa for durability and to keep the bolts in the tapered sofa legs from stripping. I was so pleased to find these when I was looking for the sofa legs. Great price, delivered quickly, and easy to install.

My desk did not​ work quite as well as I'd hoped it would upon purchasing so I bought these to add a couple of lets to it, and they work great. You could use them for anything you are in need of adding lets too.They are easy to install, easy to use and sturdy.I'd recommend them to anyone.

I purchased these in addition to the "Leg Daddy 4" Round Tapered Plastic Legs" to replace the casters on an ottoman. The plates are stamped mild steel. The plate is pretty thick and the contour provides good rigidity. There are only 3 threads in the plate, but the leg support comes primarily from bottoming the legs against the raised center. The provided screws are self-tapping, so you only need to punch a starter hole with an awl (or other sharp point); no drill required.Depending on how your fabric/leather is gathered at the underside of the furniture, you may need remove staples and peel the cloth back so when you attach the plate it is under the fabric, and so flush on the underside of the frame.I have been using the ottoman for about 3 days, so far so good.

these little furniture leg holders work great. They come with the screws so all you have to do it attach them and then screw in the legs.The only thing that I would want is maybe a longer screw option? the ones that came worked great for most of legs I needed to attach but for one of the corners I needed to use a longer screw - not a big deal since I had them on hand. Still giving it 5 stars because they work great.

I was given a present by my wife - an ottoman she quilted. The legs were attached by small leg holders that were hammered in and held by three spikes - they came in a kit. They loosened immediately. It was really important that this was corrected due to the hard work she had done. I found these and ordered them. Man - they were exactly what the doctor ordered! Of course, four screws will hold significantly better than a hammered in product. These are very solid plates that have the standard size thread for furniture legs. If you are looking for a solid and strong attachment - this is it!

I did not use these plates. I ordered the plates only because Leg Daddy warned that Ikea furniture probably requires plates to convert from a 10mm size hole to a 5/8" hole. The good news is that the very nice Leg Daddy Dark Walnut Tapered Pyramid Legs fit my Ikea chair perfectly without the plates. I intended to return the plates as they were not needed. Unfortunately, the return shipping was almost equal to the price of the plates, so they are sitting unopened in a drawer. If Leg Daddy would pay the shipping, I would return the plates for a refund.

The old legs of my sofa had torn out of the frame so installation of replacements would have been impossible without these dandy little plates. The installed in a snap and work GREAT! If you are thinking twice about the need to spend the extra $10, stop. They are worth ever single penny and more.

I bought this along withLEGHEADS M8 IKEA Replacement to install on ikea Ivar and it fitted perfectly. Really easy to install.

Amazon recommends these with LEGHEADS M8 IKEA Replacement Furniture Legs - they DO NOT FIT. These are 5/16, the LegHeads legs are M8 - that is supposed to be a match, but it is impossible to get them. I mean, with a clamp and might wrench you could get it done, but not with your hands and regular tools at home.I am not sure which of the products is the poor fit, these or the posts on the legs - these might be fine - I am leaving the bad review to alert anyone else who might assume that because amazon recommends these two products together they will fit together. They absolutely do not.
