This is a one size fits all plastic ring. It is probably a little too big for a four year old. It does stretch out to fit an adult size male.

Will this fit a size 11 finger?

It's a supposed "one-size-fits-all," but it's generally more snug on larger fingers. I'm size 11 and it fits fantastic. The only issue you will run into is if you use this ring a lot. The ring has a small break in the back so it has more flexibility for different finger sizes, but the plastic tends to bend outward rather easily if it sees a lot of use.

does it come with cards
