My go to GF flour
I have used XO gf flour for a very long time, it is far superior to other gf flours. It produces a product with an amazing taste, often people cannot tell the difference between gf and non gf. It is pricey, however because the coconut flour absorbs more you can cut back on the amount used. If I replace 1:1 the product is dry, I usually do about 2/3:1.

Best 1 to 1 for cakes!
This is the best cassava blend on the market for baked goods! I tried 3 of my old favorite gluten containing recipes and i only switched the gluten flour the recipes called for with this flour 1 to 1, all 3 recipes turned out perfect! I made a choco cake, a freezer banana cake and banana bread. I have heard this blend is not good for regular breads but i havent tried that yet. Cookies are next!

New to Gluten Free, Excited to find something that works!
I found this flour at TJMaxx yesterday. I was at a point of giving up, as I had tried 3 other flour blends from 3 different companies to make pancakes and bread. The results were horrible, and I ended up throwing them all out. I am a big texture and flavor person and the baked goods I made failed miserably. Luckily I was blessed to find XO Baking Company all purpose flour blend, which is reasonably priced (considering it is gluten free). I just made some apple carrot muffins and they came out wonderful! The texture is quite similar to that of regular muffins. I am so excited, I thought I would never eat homemade baked goods again (as the prepared store bought items are not to my liking, and I do not buy boxed baked goods). I plan to try this flour to make sandwich bread, flour tortillas, cakes and cookies. I am so pleased, I just ordered another bag, and I am now a bi monthly subscriber of the XO Baking Company All Purpose Flour Blend Mix.If you are new or a veteran of gluten free eating, care about flavor, freshness, texture, homemade baked goods, and do not want the extra expense of paying for xanthan gum (which is already blended in the flour mix) I highly recommend this product! This an update. As of 4/46/2012, I must modify my review. I tried to use it to make a pie crust... it has a very distinct unpleasant after taste. Although I still highly recommend this product, I think that it is best used for quick breads, such as banana bread, apple cinnamon bread, blue berry lemon bread, etc; breads that will mask the after taste (which I am quite sure comes from the tapioca flour). It has also made very good buttermilk blue berry pancakes. I will stick to a rice flour- potato starch mix from making my cakes, which seems to work quite well.

Great GF Flour for baked treats
I received this flour as a sample at a food show earlier this year. I finally got around to testing it about two weeks ago and was very pleased. It has a great texture and none of the granularity of rice-based flours. The taste is a bit sweet but neutral. The coconut flour in the mix does not over power the flavor so you can use it in many baked goods without worrying about changing the taste of your baked goods.Yes, the flour is more expensive than other brands, but if you look at the ingredient list, you will see why. Most GF flours have rice flour or cornstarch as the primary ingredient. Not XO. This is the reason for the price difference and for the better flour texture.I am looking forward to trying this flour in other recipes and have just ordered more.

Does what it claims
This is a one to one replacement for "regular" flour, it works great. I'm still having issues dealing with the working of this flour, but it has a wonderful flavor and its the best one I've found so far. However, my gluten free piecrust are a work in progress and still trying to figure out a way for gluten free to be a little prettier.

Made great Gluten Free cookies
My husband is gluten free as of this past year. His favorite Christmas cookies are the Mexican Wedding cookies. I substituted this flour for the wheat based flour I had used previously in a 1:1 ratio. It worked perfectly, and he couldn't tell the difference. He ate the whole box of cookies. Now he wants me to substitute Stevia for the sugar ... not sure how that will work. Enjoy!

easy to use
I really like this GF flour. I have tried several different ones and liked this the best. It can be used in any receipe without having to make any adjustments and without adding any other products. also, there is no after taste. I tried one that had beans in the mixture and it had a noticeable unpleasant after taste. My only complaint is the price, I wish it was a little more reasonable.

BEST GF flour ever!!
After trying SOOOOOO many gluten free flours to awful results (usually texture and or taste) this brand and flour is amazing! It ACTUALLY works 1 for 1 for regular flour, tastes great, great texture. And plus side is family members who hate gf cooking loves this flour - they had no idea it was gluten free so bonus plus is you can make one batch and everyone can enjoy! 👍☺️

This is by far the best cup-for-cup GF baking flour I have ever used
This is by far the best cup-for-cup GF baking flour I have ever used. My husband is celiac, but I am a gluten eater and have found nothing that mimics how raw flour acts quite as much. I used to buy this in-store but have been unable to find it. For special items that are more difficult with GF baking to retain texture/moisture (fluffy cakes, croissants, chewy cookies, scones), I really recommend this product. It's too expensive to be an "all the time" venture, but it is always worth it when purchased. I also ALWAYS purchase the XO cake mixes. I always receive so many compliments on them.

Real deal
it's a great all-purpose gluten-free flour. I am using it for several years. It has no rice or soy. Works well in any baking, crepes, pancakes. Unfortunately not widely available. Price is high but it's worth it.

Does not work the same as flour
Not cup for cup!! So hard to cook/bake with. Love the pre made ones you have instead of buying just the flour.
