Convenient, works with a number of Acer computers
Works with a variety of Acer computer products. Although the power plug into the computer is not a firm fit so if you move the computer the plug is likely to come out. But overall for the investment and the convenience of not running to the store make this power supply a solid purchase.

Functionally like a OEM charger. Great value over the overpriced bricks from acer themselves.

Computer cord
Replacement cord for Laptop. Computer was not charging. Thankfully cord was an easy fix

Stopped working in less than a month.
This thing stopped working in only a couple weeks of use. It is not worth the hassle it would take to send it back for refund/replacement.

Powers laptop...but falls out all the time
This does power up the laptop correctly. However, it also falls out all the time. The OEM adapter had a definite click when inserted and this does not.UPDATE: The seller contacted me and has taken care of the situation. I've added another star to my review based on a their excellent customer support.

Works…but fit is loose
Good news is the cord works. Bad news is the connection is loose and comes out very easily. Will live with it.Because of the above comments, I initially rated this 3 stars. The vendor read my comments and immediately offered to send a new cord. They did send one and all is well. Super customer service and the products works as expected. Thanks for the fine customer service and prompt fix!

Product Works, but Inconsistently
I ordered this charger to replace my original lost charger. It does charge my laptop, but it does not remain in the charging port very easily. I usually have to push in the charger and hold it in place with an object pushed against it.

Handy
It is super handy to be able to purchase a second charger for my laptop so I can keep the one I regularly use at my desk all tucked in place and grab my spare when I want to take my laptop to go. It's very reasonably priced and it seems to work just as well as the one which came with my laptop, so I am thrilled with my purchase.
