Why does Monk fruit need sugar added?

I have had it both ways but would venture to say that the sugar additive gives the cubes more uniformity in taste. The cube is more convenient and does not require the crushing and filtering that the fruit seed does.

is it 2 boxes, or 1 box with 12 mini boxes and 24 cubes ?

This is a good question, because the description is confusing. I have ordered this several times, and each time I have received 2 boxes wrapped together. Each box has 12 mini boxes (or 12 mini wrappers), and each mini has 2 cubes in it, for a total of 24 cubes per box, which makes a total of 48 cubes per order.

Hard to get

Arrived quickly! Would buy this regularly from local Asian Market. Healthy sweet drink for the Lungs, etc . Used by dissolving cubes in hot water. Lately I was unable to find this product anymore due to supply chain, disruption's. Purchased the 2 pack while it still exists .

Guilin Ge Xian Weng Pharmaceutical Co brand

Packed & shipped well. The 2 packs are from Ge Xian Weng Pharmaceutical Co and the LoHanGuo is from Guilin. The sugar content was lower with only 10 grams. With that I add more water to each cup & it still good because the LoHan Guy is concentrated & strong. The seller of this is very nice with great customer service.

Pleasing taste.

Great tea! I have never had tea in a cube form like this. Was enjoying this and reading the box and came across the cancer warning on the back. Searched for a answer to why this warning is on the back and found one answer mentioning the cellophane wrapper was the cause. Now I'm sketched out and will not be drinking anymore until I can find a clear answer. Gave it 3 instead of 5 stars because of this.
