I have no complaints so far. Been taking with tbe magnesium citrate and I feel wag more energized and fall asleep so much faster and nights. Thinking of adding more vitamins from this brand

I’ve been taking this vitamin D3 & K2 supplement for a little while now, but I haven’t noticed any major changes yet. That’s okay I understand it takes time for vitamins like these to work in your body The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that the ingredients seem clean and well balanced. I’m hopeful that with regular use, I’ll start feeling the benefits soon

Very hard to find a product paired with K2 at a dose lower than 5000. Everything I read says you shouldn't take more than you need. No bad smell, easy to swallow. Good quality product. Take with meal that has highest fat content like lunch or dinner for best absorption. Still should try to get 10-15 minutes of sunshine every day when possible for making sure you are getting enough Vitamin D.
