8023 C24-1 Basic Modelling Clay

This FIMO Soft polymer clay has been great to work with. As someone working with polymer clay for the first time, I found it very easy to condition and shape right out of the package. It’s soft and smooth without being sticky, which made sculpting and blending much more enjoyable. The colors are vibrant and mix well, giving you a lot of flexibility when creating custom shades. It holds detail nicely and feels forgiving, which I really appreciated as a beginner. After baking, the pieces cure strong and keep their color and shape. Overall, this is an excellent option for beginners as well as anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-work-with polymer clay. I’ve been very happy with the results and would definitely purchase it again.

I wrote a review with the bigger set I ordered but I’ve ordered 3 of these sets, it’s really good clay I love it and totally recommend it!

For the price, these are great to play around with. But the textures are inconsistent. Some are quite soft, but the yellow was so hard and crumbly I could not use it.

I have never used polymer clay before, thought it might be a hobby to add. It is harder than I thought but the product is not the issue, I found it easy enough to shape (to the extent of my ability) and the directions for curing were accurate. I made a couple of figurines, and fired them to completion. Mission accomplished, it is harder to do than I thought, but at least the issues were mine not the products.

Fimo is a colorful modeling clay that can be fired/hardened in your oven at home without any bad smells. It's a wonderful product that let's folks of any age make small figurines/models, beads for necklaces, doorstops - the only limit is your imagination ... and how much Fimo you can afford, because it can get pricey to make something large! This is a nice starter pack and relatively good value for money. Finished products will last for years and the colors will stay vibrant. Highly recommended.

Von kleinen Figuren über Schmuckstücke bis hin zu Deko-Elementen für Haus und Garten – die Möglichkeiten sind unendlich. Besonders gut gefällt mir die einfache Verarbeitung. Die Masse ist weich und geschmeidig, lässt sich gut kneten und formen. Auch feine Details lassen sich problemlos herausarbeiten. Und wenn man mal nicht zufrieden ist, kann man das Werkstück einfach wieder neu kneten und formen, solange es noch nicht im Ofen war. Die Aushärtung im Backofen ist unkompliziert und dauert nicht lange. Die Werkstücke werden dabei fest und robust, sodass man lange Freude daran hat. Und auch die große Farbauswahl hat mich überzeugt. Die Farben sind intensiv und lassen sich gut miteinander mischen, sodass man individuelle Farbtöne kreieren kann. Fazit Die ofenhärtende Modelliermasse von Staedtler ist ein tolles Material für alle, die ihre Kreativität ausleben möchten. Sie ist einfach zu verarbeiten, bietet eine große Farbauswahl und die Werkstücke sind nach dem Aushärten robust und langlebig.
