Nice quality & packaging. Great gift!
We have purchased these for ourselves & as gifts. They arrive in high quality dark foam molds in a high quality box so makes a great gift as is. The taste is a robust balsamic so not much is needed, making them last. The fruit is almost undetectable which is something that could be improved. Wish they came in glazes too!

Good for cooking
I may not exactly be qualified to give an opinion here as I'm no expert on balsamic ANYTHING lol. This was an ingredient in a recipe I saw on YouTube that I wanted to try and since I had no idea what kind of balsamic vinegar to get, I went with this one after doing a little bit of research. 4 different flavors AND on sale, terrific, bought it, used it and LOVED IT! Have only 1 bottle left, now I'm using balsamic vinegar for other recipes and they turn out great every time. Just thought it might be worth mentioning to some of you!?

Replacement of Girlfriend's Aged Bottles of Oils & Vinegars...My Serious Faux Pas Because I Threw Them Away!
Unfortunately, I have not had an opportunity to try the Mantova Organic Flavored Balsamic Condiments, Pear, Raspberry, Fig, and Pomegranate. Because I did something that I didn't have my full attention on...namely, I threw away my girlfriends collection of uber-expensive oils and vinegars (I was under the impression all, if not most, of the bottles contained oil[s] and/or vinegar[s] which because of their age, had spoiled. Of course, this upset my girlfriend enormously, not only because of her economic loss incurred as her debt which I was now responsible for, but primarily because I had thrown all these items away without consulting or discussing my intentions with her first (a BIG no-no when you are in a loving relationship). So, in order to replace the thrown away items; to replenish the empty cabinet in my kitchen where the oil & vinegars are kept; to set (or rather "re-set") the good karma which ALWAYS exists between my fair lady and myself, and most of all to present a total SURPRISE for my beautiful other half, I searched throughout Amazon for a suitable replacement. Of course, with such a huge selection of quality and price range for guidance, this proved no ordinary task. Plus, I was unfamiliar with all of the companies pitching their products, so all I had to go on were Amazon's customer reviews. Well, my girlfriend was taken completely surprised; she LOVED her gift; and the fact I had just demonstrated to her that her feelings are of the highest concern[s] to me, led me to believe I had made the correct choice. My girlfriend is practically a gourmet cook, and she really knows her stuff, and way, around a kitchen. She has since commented to me, on several occasions, how happy she is with the high quality of my selection. Some of the exotic glass bottles of Extra Virgin Olive Oil which I had thrown away were over $80 retail, and the remaining units were not that far behind as far as their retail value[s] were concerned, so the fiscal amount of my faux pas added up to a sizeable amount. But, I guarantee...when she gives something her stamp of approval, it means the item is deemed high quality and has passed her test.

Like cheap white vinegar with some fruit juice thrown in. Not recommended.
Not good at all. It's like plain white vinegar with a little fruity flavor mixed in. I'm used to balsamic vinegars that are INFUSED with flavor and are thicker. This doesn't even come close to that.

This product is not thick a blend.
This product is not thick a blend. It's more like the product you can get at your local store. The flavor is very good. I prefer the thick kind because it stick to whatever you are putting it on.
