I am way too excited for this kettle
So after seven years my loyal kettle died, it was tragic, we where so scared to replace and allow another kettle both into our lives and hearts. When this one came i was sceptical because of the reviews saying it spat boiling water everywhere. This seems to be a defect with some of them but am proud to say ours didn't I will say this kettle is amazing you can control the temperature making it pretty great for not burning coffee, it holds a good amount of water, there was no strange taste you can get when you sometimes use a new kettle, its noisy but its a kettle using the power of the gods to boil water for the sweet nectar of a cuppa so its noisy but not the worse by far, plus its a good looking kettle with LED lights red for when boiling and green when its done. I love this kettle

more than 2731 Watts to the wo'ah
I ran a boiling test. Here's the data: volume: just a smidge over 1.8 L starting temp: 13C time duration until rolling boil: 4 minutes (240s) (beeping takes a few more seconds) elevation here is not high enough to matter given the somewhat fuzzy definition of "done" (100C - 13C) * 1800mL * 4.1868J/calorie / (4 minutes * 60s) == 2731.887W So that's >= 2731 Watts power from the kettle into the water, not accounting for losses to escaping steam, losses to the air around the kettle, or heating of the kettle itself. The wattage from the wall would be higher than 2731W. I didn't measure it directly, but it could plausibly be ~3000W at 240V. This was using a dedicated circuit (aka "dedicated radial circuit"?) that generally measures right around 240V, though I didn't measure circuit voltage while running the kettle. In contrast, a 120V "kettle" on a "broken radial circuit" is relatively pointless, but y'all already knew that. Other observations (more subjective): The ring of LED light is nice, and the white, red, and green colors all look nice. If there's a relay in this thing, it's pretty quiet. The beeping is short and to the point at a reasonable volume. The keep-warm feature is automatically on after heating, and clearly indicated by LEDs green. Picking up the kettle, the keep-warm disables, as the light is back to white when the kettle is put back down. One can hit the ON button again if keep-warm is desired after pouring. When boiling a more normal amount of water, the time to boiling is low enough that I haven't felt the need for keep-warm after pouring so far. The keep-warm until poured is nice. The keep-warm re-heating is tuned to get the water up to barely boiling and stop again, so it's not aggressively re-boiling the water each time, though it is audible - just pretty much over by the time you hear it, so not worrying. The LED stays on for just a little while when lifting the kettle; slightly longer than I'd expect. This seems to correlate with the decent build quality overall. The UI is no-nonsense and obvious. I've had no issues so far refilling with cold (~13C) water after having just boiled and poured, though I do always aim for the middle of the metal bottom to give the cold water some mixing with hot water before it hits the glass. I figure it can't hurt. The lid has a nice amount of tension (not too much, not too little), and seems less likely to break than typical push-button flip-up lids. The lid is easy to remove quickly and hold between two fingers while operating the tap for refilling - the tension is just right for getting your hand away from any lingering steam all at once. The lid being on limits the pouring rate to a reasonable-seeming rate. It seems plausible to modify the lid to allow faster pouring rate by putting some small notches or angled holes way out near the edges of the lid (to avoid scalding though the holes) - but the pouring rate seems fine as-is. I haven't tried pouring without the lid on - it's nice that the lid makes pouring safely a no-brainer before caffeine. Overall this thing seems well-thought-out and not a first draft. The wattage indicated on the box is a range up to 3000W at 240V, depending on input voltage. Lower input voltage will result in lower wattage, but that's true for any kettle.

Great kettle. Quiet. quick. no drip. Temp control not 100%
So far this is a great kettle. Quiet, quick, easy to use and pours very well. temp is not 100 % accurate and can go hotter than selected but so far it’s my favourite kettle in a while. I don’t use the removable loose leaf filter in the kettle but it’s also very handy and I just use that in a cup. Hopefully the kettle will last.

Not just a gimmick
Brilliant kettle. Clear glass means you can easily see how much water in it. Boils quickly & quietly & love the keep warm feature. The fact that you can set the temperature to whatever you are making is a nice touch. The tea filter is detachable but a great idea for families that love tea. All in all a great kettle with features such as the colour coding to let you know if on standby, boiling is handy for those with restricted sight. I would love to see a smaller size for couples or elderly that have difficulty in lifting the larger kettle.

0/10 Wouldn't Recommend
Not a good kettle. I mean, sure, it's pretty, and I love having the temperature selector, but those features aren't exclusive to this kettle, are they? This kettle over-boils when set to 100°c, so never set it there - it violently spits boiling water out of the spout, covering the electrical outlets and worktop. But curiously, when you do get the desired temperature, it transpires that getting the water out of actually harder than the "self-driven-ejection" has you believe. Water comes out in a frustratingly slow dribble as the lid seems to be almost airtight, and the spout too small to allow air to flow in. Ifv you take the lid off it flows fine, but that's not what kettles normally do, is it? Added to the dangerous spitting and the slow flowing (and weirdly I've never had to descale a kettle as much as I do this one), is the fact that it has stopped working, with an unresolvable "E3" error, after just 7 months. Waste of money, mate.

Best kettle...
Replaced a bosch. Way better and was cheaper too. Quiet boil, easy to fill, clear kettle so you can see at a glance how full it is which is useful, looks good in kitchen and doesn't take up much space. Keep warm feature great, love the coloured boiling indicator lights too. Very happy with this product!

Quiet & quick, but water splurges out of the spout!
It's a good-looking kettle, and quiet, which was a priority for my open-plan kitchen. It's also quick. The downside is that it continues boiling for too long and boiling water comes spurting out of the spout. After an inefficient back and forth with the manufacturer, they referred me back to Amazon for a refund because they didn't have the same model in stock any more, but it was already too late, so I have kept it and just turn it off just before it boils. I like that I can get water at 70 degrees for green tea. But why not make it even more flexible and allow for other temperatures? I would prefer a lid that flips and stays attached, but couldn't find that option with the other functions I wanted. I also don't need it to light up every time I return it to its base (sometimes I leave it off it's base to save electricity.) I imagine it will be more obvious when it needs cleaning than a traditional kettle, I suppose that's a good thing! Altogether it does the job but could be improved.

Very impressed with the function and the appearance of this kettle. I am using this just for boiling water for my flowering tea and my combucha at the same time. It quietly (and beautifully) boils 7 cups of water in well under 5 minutes and then shuts off. This was purchased on Cyber Monday for less than half of the current price.

Muy buena calidad se ve muy elegante y calienta muy bien y rápido. Y si se apaga sola cuando ya calentó bien el agua. Si la recomiendo.

Good value kettle. Glass sides, metal base. The only improvement I would like is the underside of the lid to be metal, it's plastic. Something to be aware of is if you lift the kettle off the base before it finishes boiling, it doesn’t switch off so will start boiling again once you replace it.

Love this kettle, heats water quickly, easy to use in. Great quality good price. Easy to clean by adding vinegar to the water and boil it.
