Can’t go wrong with this brand!
Purchased this knife for my adult son. He was impressed with the knife quality. It is sharp, and has great functionality with the gut hook. I think it is a great value for the money.

A classic
Great knife here. I love that it resembles the Old Timer Sharfinger. The classic upswept design holds true still. For an inexpensive knife it does have some grace about it and catches the eye.The guthook makes it even better. Nice sheath also

Very well built and works perfectly!
Knife side and gut hook side both came very sharp. Fits my extra large hands perfectly and does it's job well. I cut a piece of thick damp leather and cut straight thru it just fine with no effort so I am impressed with the shape and also the size and as far as holding an edge I'm sure it will hold up as well as my other Oldtimer knives! Get one, you will like it! Main complaint is the slow and confusing shipping but that has nothing to do with Oldtimer that's on Amazon not being able to control their shipping tactics!

Great clasic look, and very sharp!
Great knife, Came very sharp from Mfg. the sheath is well mad but as mentioned before the strap will need some work or it could easily be cut while inserting the knife. Great balance in my hand, the mill cut pattern on the handle gives a non-slip grip and that is a good thing this knife is SHARP and will cut whatever gets in the way. Yet to use it on game but look like it would make short work of the task in the right hands. Flaw in the sheath strap potential to be cut and finish on the edge of the blade closest to the hilt was not perfect but close to it! Both are easy fixes so for the price it's a Buy.

Bought to replace my older knife
Gutted to deer with it with ease , wasent to sharp when I got it . After sharpening it it performed flawlessly , but after two deer back to back it was pretty dull . Had to re sharpen it , I’d recommend it great little gutting knife , nice leather sheath, price is good

Great knife!
I had one of these knives for about 20 years. I gave my original one to my grandson when he shot his first deer, and I really wanted another one. The first one served me well, for many years. By the looks of this new one, it will do just the same.
