3/4” x 2” x 24” Combo of 5 Walnut 5 Cherry and 5 Hard Maple - 15 Boards per Pack

The price of this bundle seemed like a better deal than wood from any lumber yards near me, so I figured I’d buy 2 bundles and test it out building some bedside tables.The package showed up quick, and about 5 days earlier than the estimated delivery date. UPS delivered it I believe, and the box showed up solidly wrapped and in great shape at my doorstep 👍🏼I’ve looked it all over and the wood is all in great shape, cut straight, and accurate to the stated dimensions for width and thickness, and just a bit extra in length, which is perfect, because the ends are mostly not square and will always be recut anyway 👍🏼Of the 30 boards total that I received, (10 Walnut, 10 Maple, 10 Cherry) 22 are smooth planed on all edges, not rough cut, and are ready for sanding.8 of the boards had some super minor chuff left on one edge each, like they could use one more pass through the planer, or a quick 60 grit sanding. 4 of the Walnut boards, 2 of the Cherry, and 1 of the Maple boards had this roughness on one edge. One of the maple boards had the minor surface chip shown in the picture, which only comes in about 1/16th of an inch, and will get shaped and sanded off anyway 👍🏼Overall totally acceptable quality as far as I’m concerned, and super convenient 👍🏼Sorry if this was overly thorough, haha. I don’t write reviews often!

I am a woodworker on the side and build bass guitar bodies. I often press different woods together and purchased this lot of three varieties and view the quality of the wood as excellent. It is well packaged, arrived without damage (not quickly, mind you, but in an acceptable time frame considering the global situation), and each board is cut with precision. This isn't rough lumber, the edges are crisp and square. Each type of wood is packed within the overall packing box in its own rows and is easy to distinguish and categorize. I purchased a double order and each piece of wood is the same; no blems, no tear outs, no warpage, and the grains of each are varied but consistent. This appears to be a completely solid product and I can't wait to use it for another bass build. I heartily recommend this product and certainly will be buying more of it. I rate products according to quality, value, craftsmanship, and if the product stands up to how it is marketed and advertised. This wood is really good. Buy it.

Was hoping boards were all same thickness but, no. Close. Close enough. Don't have wood working skills or equipment to plane and clean up edges but, it works. Glued edges together, sanded both sides to clean up then used John Taylor Butcher Block Conditioner to seal both sides. Over all pretty happy with them.

The boards are full size i.e. 3/4" x 2" x 24" are the exact dimensions. That being said you're are going to have to plane or sand them as they are a bit rough. Also a couple were bowed. I would buy them again.

I ordered 2 of these bundles about 3 months apart and had the same issues on both orders: The maple boards are all over the place in terms of wood color (see photo). Since I ordered them to make patterned cutting boards, I was unable to use most of the maple wood boards - 2 out of 5 were consistent in color in each batch, i.e. only 40% usable for my project. Luckily, I had some left over maple boards from another source.Having said that, the walnut and cherry boards were spot on and good quality. Dimensionally, all boards are good and consistent. I give it 3 stars for the consistent dimensions and darker wood boards quality but the maple boards are simply disappointing and not as advertised.

This is the second purchase of this item. The first wood was good. The second purchase was garbage which should have never been sold to anyone. I will never purchase this item again and I am disappointed that amazon would have garbage like this available.I could not submit this without picking a star I did pick one but it is not worthy of it
