Dosage is too much for me, but half tablets work
If you are new to taking melatonin, I cannot stress enough how important dosage is. Taking too much actually has the opposite effect for some people (myself included). You’d sleep for a few hours, but once you wake up it isn’t really possible to go back to sleep even though you feel tired.What dosage works for you varies by person (and likely by weight), for me 5-6 mg is about right. Taking more or less has the problems mentioned prior for me. In the case of gummies, it’s pretty easy to divide them up. But doing that for tablets like these is… possible? It’s hardly ideal, but that’s no fault of the seller. There are people who work with 10 or even 20 mg just fine.The point is just that when looking for “extra strength” stuff like this, remember that more isn’t necessarily better. And be prepared to cut the tablets into halves or quarters or such if you need to.

Best Melatonin I've Ever Tried!
I bought these for my boyfriend, who usually struggles with insomnia. He’s tried other types of melatonin before with no luck—but these? These are amazing. He takes one and is out within 30 minutes, and he sleeps through the night. I take one occasionally when I know I’ll have trouble sleeping or it’s getting late and I’m still wide awake, and I’m always asleep within 30 minutes too. You’re supposed to let them dissolve under your tongue, but my boyfriend just swallows them with water, and they still work just as well.

If you buy autoship, you won’t be wide awake at the wrong time!
I have been using this over a year now and get this on auto ship. Works really well if you take it about 30 minutes before you want to go to sleep. It helps me to relax and feel somewhat groggy and able to fall asleep and stay alseep faster. The price is great if you shop around you will find this is a good price. Getting autoship makes it so easy never to run out, leaving you wide awake at the wrong time!

Decent Sleep Support But Not Perfect
I’ve been using these Carlyle Melatonin tablets for a little while now, and they’re decent. The 12 mg dose definitely helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night. I like that they’re berry flavored and easy to take—no water needed, which is nice when I’m already in bed.That said, they’re not perfect. Even though they’re labeled as “fast dissolve,” they actually take a while to break down in my mouth, which isn’t ideal when I’m already half-asleep and just want to knock out. I’ve also noticed they can give me some pretty intense dreams—not necessarily bad, just… weird. Definitely something to be aware of.All in all, they do what they’re supposed to do, and with 300 tablets in the bottle, the value’s hard to beat. Just a couple minor quirks, but still a solid pick if you need help getting to sleep.

This is an amazing product. I used to have sleeping problems, but how you're buying this I stopped having those issues it makes me sleep so easily. Also, it taste good. If you are hesitated in buying it, please don't!

Did it help me sleep?
When l took fir the first time like directed l only took 1/2 tablet. I was surprised how fast it effected my head. Kind of like being intoxicated.The next night l took wole tablet but, was not effected the same but, l did not take until l was ready for bed. LI truly can not say it help me sleep as l have only taken
