Great for the price
I love this mixer. It does bread dough much better than kitchen aid. It’s very powerful. Three speeds are just fine for all applications I’ve needed. It holds a lot of dough! My 7 cups of flour dough only fills half the bowl. The rise is so much better because of better gluten creation during kneading. I use fresh ground hard red or white wheat and used to get dense dry bread. This machine creates gluten much better than the k a. We love the blender, but it’s not ideal for thick smoothies. It needs more water to keep things fluid enough to stay down onto the blades. It is super loud but that’s minor for me. It’s not near as costly as a Bosch but seems to work just as well.

Workhorse Dough Mixer!
Purchased my original “Kitchenetics” mixer 30 years ago and just replaced it now. Just like the original Kitchenetics — and my old attachments fit perfectly as do the older designed Bosch bowl and attachments!(I secretly believe they were feuding brothers who formed their own company with the same original mixer 😉.)Superb results for bread doughs!A couple of hints:*Doughs “knead” best when mixer is FULL with at least 10+ cups of flour in the batch and pulls the dough over the hooks. (Dough will knead covering the lid.)*Using SAF brand yeast and when dough has the right amount of flour for your recipe, set the timer to ⏲ to 5 minutes and knead on high. Stop the mixer when ⏲ it rings and put in pans to rise.*Only one rising of the dough when using SAF yeast is required, and you actually get better results than two risings.*Will mix cookie dough but it’s better for the gears ⚙️ to use another method of mixing for brown sugar. It is too hard on the plastic teeth at the speeds and power of this mixer and will eventually break them.*Because the location of the motor creates gentle heat in the bowl, it’s great for bread but not so great for whipped frostings. I use my KitchenAid or a hand mixer for lighter than air frostings.

Not recommended ,poor quality, cheap parts, and very very very loud.
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this as an alternative to the Bosch universal mixes which I heard good reviews about.Overall it's a good strong product. However, it is extremely loud which is a problem if you make your dough at night.....when the rest of the family is sleeping.I also found it hard and uncomfortable to pour the batter out of the bowel as the center makes it hard to give it a good scrap. The dough hook got ruined in the dishwasher, but they offered a replacement. The bowel is plastic which also shifts its shape in the dishwasher just a little bit.the company sent a replacement dough part fairly quickly and on the next usage this replacement broke in the dough, the broken piece scarred the plastic bowl and left it with pieces of plastic, it was no longer safe to use it as I was afraid that this tiny plastic will get into future batters.I did not receive a replacement bowl yet.Overall it has been a hassle to own this mixer it was used 4 timed our of which 2 times something happened to it.The motor is extremely loud, especially when the blender attachment motor keeps moving when the mixer is ON for no reason.

Kind of blown away
I've been looking for an inexpensive way to mix larger batches of bread dough. Bread doughs that are in the 40-50% hydration range. I have a top name brand home/commercial semi-professional mixer with dough hook that I paid around $800 for, but was having an issue mixing even a single batch without feeling like it was over-working the gears/motor.Enter the Wondermix! After a ton of research online, and learning about this particular machine, I pulled the trigger and boy - am I impressed. I needed to make 30 larger hamburger rolls, that weigh about 137g per roll. All ingredients in, that's like 15 cups of flour in a yeasted dough. My Wondermix mixer didn't even flinch. It just did its thing, and mixed all of that up in about 5-6 minutes. No whining, no moving around, no bouncing - just steady and stable. There are some long-term concerns with plastic parts, but the main gear transfer rod is the biggest concern, and they gave me an extra. I assume there is a reason, but the fact that they included it is impressive. As far as any reviews and documents I've come across, It looks like this is a pretty serious kitchen tool with solid company support, and a pretty economical price tag in comparison to my KitchenAid Professional (oops). Granted, its not nearly as sexy as my KitchenAid, but I'm super excited. It's pretty light, lots included, small counter-space footprint, and not too heavy to move on and off the counter when you aren't using it. Plus, everything washed up so easily.Initial testing was OFF THE CHARTS...time only tells, but I'm feeling very good about this purchase.

Wondermill? Wonder why I bought this.
Ok I really wanted to like this mixer, but its been a few years & I love making bread, but everytime I pull this mixer out, I remember how much more work it is to use than just kneading the dough by hand. I got this to help me make more bread but its just really not that great quality. The poor qaulity leads to me having to actually do more work to mix the dough than a regular bowl...Everything just sticks to the center. The plastic bowl warps & wobbles as it mixes. My dough doesn't get fully mixed, leaving me with still a lot of work with kneading & cleaning. The plastic parts are a huge detriment to this mixer as they will break down quickly, aren't easily replaced, & I cant be sure plastic isnt getting into my doughs. I really wish I had spent the extra $$ & gone with a stainless steel mixer.

Disappointed
I was excited to try this machine since my Kitchen Aid couldn't handle my bread dough. The first time I tried it, the gear on the dough hook tore the shaft up. I used the second shaft that came with it and used it for 4 months before it did the same thing. Not sure if this was a used machine - I read that the shafts that come with a new one are black and replacements are white - both of the shafts that came with mine were white. But I'm very disappointed with the durability of this machine.
