Actual product is sturdy and a decent size.Unfortunately the assembly service we booked proved to be trickier. At one point the assembler was due one week before desk delivery due to amazon changing dates. We had several conversations but the service eventually wasn't available and we had to arrange for someone to do it for us.

Was looking at other tables but their prices just kept going up so when I saw this at just under £140 I took the gamble. Delivery was in a couple of days, easy and on time. Packaged well and no damages. All the fixings were there, instructions were ok. Has adjustable feet and a thick top and the three cable vents are handy. Put together in 20 minutes, but would recommend two people to do it as the top is heavy. It’s really great value based on what I have seen out there, really happy with it so would not hesitate to recommend this desk.

I’ll start with the good: The desk is now received and assembled and is as strong as I hoped. And it fits in the space I calculated!My recommendation:Please note that the desk is delivered in THREE pieces. When you receive order acknowledgment, I strongly recommend that you contact Amazon customer services to check that they have passed all three consignment numbers to their courier, Arrow XL.The indifferent:Unfortunately, my happy situation has been achieved only at the cost of a failed delivery, a cancelled order, a rescheduled delivery, a missed delivery and (eventually) receipt of the goods. And a lot of conversations with various Amazon Customer Service agents.The desk is a bit hard to assemble, because there are a lot of redundant holes in the underside of the desk top which do not match the assembly instruction diagrams and which are easy to misalign, but I got there eventually!The desk is solid, spacious and stylish once assembled.My biggest issue was the delivery experience, details here in case you’re interested.I ordered the desk in time to arrive before Christmas and received order confirmation and contact from courier confirming same.When courier arrived (within their stated 2 hour window), they delivered only the legs of the desk.A week of daily contact with Amazon customer service (yes, over Christmas) made it clear that they had never passed the other two consignment numbers to the courier, so the remaining consignments would never be delivered.After (eventual) discussion with the excellent Amazon Support operative Marlen (pronounced Marlene), I cancelled the original order and re-ordered, now available at a lower price.The legs from order #1 were picked up on 31 December, again within the 2 hour time slot stated by Arrow XL.I received order confirmation for order #2 and immediately contacted Amazon Support (via the “call me back” system, which works well :) ) to insist that they give me the three consignment numbers by email (which was done) and to make sure that they ( Amazon) had really placed all three consignment number with their courier, Arrow XL. I did not want to risk the same mistake as happened on order #1. The Amazon agent was able to confirm that all three consignment numbers had been given to the courier.I checked all three consignment numbers on Arrow’s tracking system and they all showed delivery on the same day, so my confidence was increased.As a final wrinkle, Arrow’s system on the delivery day was not working, so I could not see the map showing the whereabouts of the driver en route to my drop off, and received no phone call (Arrow’s usual procedure) to confirm their ETA. They arrived very early and I was unaware of their attempt to drop off the desk, so I received only a “sorry we missed you” card, when I arrived at the drop off point 40 minutes before Arrow’s earliest confirmed time slot. Phoning Arrow immediately resulted in the drivers coming back, now within their allotted time slot and they took the desk, as per their terms of delivery, to the upstairs room where it was needed.Ultimately, I’m now satisfied, but it has taken much more effort on my part than I would usually expect.I hope this is of interest and helpful.

Brilliant product and great customer service, had a very slight issue but this company went out of their way to help and support, would really recommend them based on the item and customer service hence my 5 star rating, it’s really great to have that reassurance you are dealing with a top seller.

purchased this beautiful desk during lockdown for some working from home comfort and it's perfect.was delivered in 3 packages, 1) the desk top, covered on cardboard !, 2) the legs with all the fixing bolts and instructions etc and 3rd) the modesty panels, again wrapped in lots of cardboard and polystyrene. All items well packaged and no damage during shipping from seller !took some time to unwrap and building it was quite easy, although the instructions were for a right handed desk, but it wasn't exactly rocket science to work it out !the desk has proved to be very well made and it took me about 2.5 hours (with some help from my cat) to put together.it's a large item and took some space but finally got it where it needed to go.with it being a shaped desk, it has plenty of room for my two 32" monitors and laser printer with ample elbow room. perfect addition to my control room ! - LOLan ideal solution for working comfort if you have the space for it, but mine was the largest they did and it suits my requirements perfectly.defo recommend it - 10/10

Desk is very nice and good build quality but assembly instruction is for the right orientation rather left which is the one I bought. I had to re-assemble the whole thing which was annoying!

this desk is great and very comfortable to work atand because its large i can get to everything but still be comfortableall i would say is please get help to put it together you will not be able to do it single handed you need at least two peopleover all am very happy

Good quality, attractive office desk. Easy enough to assemble, although a second pair of hands to help is recommended (I did mine alone).I have no hesitation recommending this desk and the supplier who shipped the desk to me within two days.
