Needs instructions
The product fit and worked perfect for a 2000 Chevy Silverado, but the package comes with no instructions and you can not find instructions on the web at all either.

Lasted about 3 years before I found cracks
Right side completely broke in half same area as left side crack shown in pics.Bought another kit and reinforced with 1”x1/4” flat bar. Bending press leaves a visible groove probably 1/32” deep and that is where the notch failed so I also ran a weld in themWas happy to see all holes lined up perfectly(NBS 1500 with 4” rear drop shackles/hangers)

Used it to reinforce the frame. I cut the " C notch" back off and it worked good. This area is a known weak spot on the Chevy frame. Mine was just starting to crack a little. It should last as long as the rest of the truck.
