Q: What is the source of the glycerin in Jason products? I have read that glycerin can be plant, animal, or petroleum based.

According to their website, all of their products are vegan unless it contains honey so the glycerin is plant based. Wish it said that on the bottle.

Q: Purchased on 8/22 but have not received - can you help with shipping limbo?

I’ve always had well packaged products. Contact Amazon for replacement or refund.

Q: Is this moisturizing? The apricot was drying.

My husband and I have been using Jason body wash for a long time. We have never had any issues with the body wash. It was not drying.
