How can the title say this is "raw" when the description says "lightly roasted"?

The only thing I can say is that it is toasted for the taste, color, smell.

No. According to the label the ingredients are "All-Natural Carob Powder" and nothing else.

what is the fiber content per serving?

It's approximately five grams per two tablespoonsful.

How long does it last? Mine doesn't have an expiration date on it.
