It gives me more mobility. But it wrinkles up a bit in the front of my ankle.

I've been wearing these for the last couple weeks and my PF pain is gone. I can't believe it. PAIN FREE FEET are a GLORIOUS thing. IDK what's going to happen when I stop wearing them, but I don't care. These things fixed my PF pain. TYVM!!!!!!!

Works well for my tired feet. I wear it to work with my shoes. Washes and dries well on low heat when I forget or too tired to hand wash and gets thrown into the laundry machine. I’ve had it for a few months. Has not lost elasticity after weekly washing. Still going strong like the wearer.

Now I can put weight on my feet with out it paining

These feel fine-I got Large size in White. After wearing for 15 minutes, I checked my circulation. The left foot across the arch and up sometoward the ankle, had some indentations, and the right lower leg just a little below where the top of the sleeve comes to, had some indentations too. I took them off & massaged both ankles/feet and reapplied after two hours. I am 6 foot tall female weighing 198 pounds, and the circumference around the arch where I was told to measure for proper size was ten inches (10). I cannot wear these all day like the company says one can do. I was not expecting to wear all day. I was concerned about the top of each ankle sleeve- there was some kind of black material scattered throughout uponarrival. It came loose at some areas. There is no smell. I was able to wash in delicate cycle in cold water in a delicates wash bag after wearing a few times. Dried in open air on table and stretched them periodically to prevent shrinkage. I cannot wear these under socks too or I would really have large indentations. I have no cardiac issues. This company (RFS) sent me directions via email before I got the product describing how to best put on which was very nice. I recommend these-just be sure to check your ankles and feet for edema orindentations and you wear.

I purchased these in white, in November 2016 to combat a bad case of Plantar Fasciitis. This was the first of several pairs of sleeves from different manufacturers that I purchased (to alternate between washings, test efficacy, etc.). I was having great difficulty each morning, and throughout the day, with the typical stiffness and pain associated with PF. After several months of usage along with daily stretching in a hot shower, Powerstep insoles and a few jars of Penetrex cream, I was able to get back to normal. Later on, I started using compression socks periodically for support and to maintain well being.Four years later, I'm beginning to have flare ups. After a couple of weeks wearing compression socks, I had bad flare ups last night and tonight. I had to "pull out the big guns" and grabbed the first compression sleeve at the ready. It was one of these. I have it on for just over an hour and the pain is essentially gone. I'm so glad I came back to these!

I got these socks because I have plantar fasciitis and thought these would help with that, I ordered a large, which seemed like they would fit me but they are just tooo tight, I have a size 10 shoe size so I would size up when ordering them

I purchased thes in a Medium as I am a size 9 shoe in womens and they fir perfect! Very comfortable for all day wear. I bought these in Black and am on the site to order my second pair this time in white.If you have any type of foot/ankle swelling, work a very sedetary job, or just have poor circulation then these are for you.I work a 10 hour sit down ofice job which is not remote work from home due to child distance leaning and I have dealt with a fast increase of weight gain with a massive lack of physical excersize ( besides for the flight of stairs to bed the most activity I get know is 5 steps from desk to kitchen) These are so very needed as my ankles have become swollen and heavy.I do wish they came in a bundle other than one as they are needed in my case for daily wear.

I sprang my foot pretty bad. I have MS and could not use crutches. I walk with a walker and I kept falling from injury BUT when I finally bought this for my foot I stopped falling because my foot felt stable. This is so comfortable I forget to take it off at bedtime.Definitely recommend!!!!

Bought these as they are thinner than wrapping my ankle in a tensor. I tore a muscle in the arch of my foot and then fell a few days after. After that I rolled my ankle. Walking my dog in snow drifts and stretches of ice has been trying and my foot screams at me regularly. So why not try these?!I have only had them for 2 days and my foot is already thanking me. My swelling stays down and the support has taken a lot of the strain off my ankle and foot. I am still injured and hurt but it takes a large chunk of the pain and strain away while walking.

I feel amazing in them. I should have gotten a bigger size however. The size I got is a bit smaller and after a while I feel it in the upper left foot only.
