Great addition to my Clinical bag
Not sure if anyone else mentioned this, but the penlights are actually slightly different: one of them emits yellow light while the other emits white light. Theyre equally bright Id assume but yknow I was surprised to see theyd do so. Shears work as well. And yes lol the free backup batteries. Keep em safe!!

I have cut a lot with my scissors used my pen lights and enjoyed them both I like that they are two different lights one soft and one brighter definitely best value for my money!!!

Works Perfectly
Use these as a first responder. Light (2 included) also batteries. Great for checking Pupils, scissors cut right through clothes with ease. No regrets on purchase would buy again!

These Trauma Sheers though
So I bought this because of the affordable price for 3 items. My old trauma sheers we’re getting dull and I needed a new pen light since my other ones were failing me recently. Since I’m a Registered Nurse in the Critical Care setting, I’m always using these to assess my patients. This set came with the Black pen light with yellow light, sliver pen light with white light, and the trauma sheers with the clip. The pen lights have a sleek design with the pupil sizes on the side of it. The sizes are very noticeable on the black pen light but not on the silver one. The light amount (lumens) is bright enough to see the pupils reactions but not too bright were you will be blinding the patients eyes, which a lot of other pen lights do. It takes AAA batteries x2 but it doesn’t have a very good connection. I find myself tapping the sides of both pen light in order to make it turn back on When I’m using it. This is the reason why I took off one star. The trauma sheers with the clip are amazing! Since I was an Army Medic, I’m used to having my supplies organized and readily accessible for quick use. The clip on the sheers makes it easy to grab and go when I need them. The sharpness on them are fantastic and they cut things like if it was butter. I was very impressed with how sharp it was. Color on them are all black which I definitely like. All in all, I’m definitely happy with the purchase and I hope this review helps anyone when searching for a new pen light or Sheers.

Great gift for a graduate nurse.
Along with a fanny pack and some pens, this set was a great gift for a graduate nurse. The bandage scissors are very sturdy and sharp, and the pen light have have measuring devices on them.

Great quality
The banage scissors are great quality and the clip is a great feature. The pen lights a good quality. The only problem I have with them is the battery covers come loose when I clip them on my badge reel.
