I am a first grade teacher and our first few weeks of lessons involved counters and ten-frames. I was going to draw my own ten-frame on a white board and then use tape to stick the counters on to the ten-frame to make numbers up to 10. Saw this product, after a friend showed it to me, and it was saved me so much time. The frames and counters are big enough for students to see on the screen and I like how they have a variety of colors. I use them on a white board, but also hold the ten-frame in my hand and add counters to the frame. I also use the counters when I create sentences with sight words for the kids to read. I point to each circle above the word for the student to reference/read. Definitely would recommend no matter where you are teaching, home or school!

This product has been a godsend. As is true with most kids, our grandson is attending school remotely. He has cortical blindness so a standard paper and pencil won’t work for him. His teachers have used a ten frame in the classroom and continue with their virtual lessons. We found this product and couldn’t be more pleased. He is able to participate in classes and keep up with his lessons. Our grandson manipulates the magnetic discs constantly during use and they’ve held up beautifully. The ten frame surface is easy to wipe clean. I highly recommend this product.

After COVID put most of us teachers into a virtual setting, I found myself scrambling for large, vibrant manipulatives. I also didn't have time to try a product, only to find it unsuitable for the job. That's why I was extremely impressed with the quality of these manipulatives. The workmanship is superior. They are just the right size, colorful, vibrant, and, best of all, the price was remarkable. Quality like this is well worth more than what they charge. I use this for a daily number review with kindergarteners. It’s big enough for them all to see and they enjoy being chosen to put the magnetic dots on.

This product is fantastic for little fingers that tend to drop things. Not only is it a good size square frame but I purposely wanted magnetic because the regular math counters, fall all over the floor and they are hard to pick up.These are a good size foam with magnetic backing meaning that they will not fall of the table when their sleeves go over them. I find that kids will learn the difference between rows and columns very easily while using this product. The packaging as well was fantastic! Would recommend!

The goal of purchasing this item was to start helping my child with learning basic mathematics. This is a product that really has helped my daughter to visualize the math. It continues to build on her addition and subtraction skills with a “hands-on” approach. I love the larger boards and pieces as well. Great product! Would definitely recommend. It also comes with links that connects you to the information on the different games and activities to do with them. Love it 😀

The ten frame should have a seal or boarder around them, when picking them up from my white board the ten frames will com apart some. I had to put tape around the edge to make sure they would not peel apart when picking them up. the ten frame are also flimsy, need to be a little sturdier. The counters are good.

I am a Pre-K teacher and I love using ten frames to teach my students about numbers. There are so many math skills that can be taught with these ten frames. What I love about this set is that it includes 4 different color magnetic circles and 4 magnetic ten frames. Most sets only include two colors. I am excited to be using this with my students during remote learning and when we get back into the classroom.
