Theses are handy tools.

I would always struggle when I needed to put elastic in pants or shorts. Then I found these and got them. They are great and I recommend them. I have no trouble at all now putting elastic in my pants. It's hard to find pants that don't tie at the waist, and for me that is uncomfortable. So, I take out the string and put in elastic. This makes it much easier and quicker. For me, they work better on lighter materials then heavy ones, but I am also arthritic and that may make a difference. They are very durable and hold up great. I like the different colors that come in the package. I also liked that Amazon had a good variety to choose from. You can choose what you like and what would work best for you. I am so glad I found these.

Great accessory to help where your fingers are too big to fit and you need to nudge something. I used this for a fabric weaving project where I was using 1/2" strips. There's no way my finger would be able to guide the weaver without completely messing up the laid fabric pieces. Also great when you need to adjust something close to the sewing machine needle and you don't want your finger to get stabbed.

Great for using as a stiletto while sewing. The flat end is perfect to gauge my 1/4" seams. Much better deal for 5 of these than the local quilt store that charges $11 for ONE.

I use this all the time. It saves my fingers when quilting and is useful for turning tight corners out too.

I like them; they’re more handy than you might think. The 1/4” measurement on one end has been so useful in quilting. The other end keeps your fingers from getting in the way of a needle & keeps fabric lined up.

Having owned one for several years, I knew how handy these were. But one was not enough, these can be used for so many things. When turning my projects right side out, you can use the curved tip to push out corners and make turning curved seams a breeze. These are great for guiding fabric through my machine without getting my fingers in the way. They are strong enough to last a long, long time.
