Great value for the price, but it has a few minor downsides
Compared to other chairs with similar features, this is a great deal. The only reason I gave it less than 5 stars is due to a few smaller issues. Individually these wouldn't have been a big deal, but put together, its worth taking one away. First the instructions provided were printed with one side almost completely unreadable due to how faint the printing was. In addition the instruction sheet was tossed in the box before everything was shoved in there, so it was all crumpled and torn. I had to basically piece it back together. It was workable though. The various pieces are definitely not made with fine tolerances. Some pieces, like the shielding piece around the leg base doesn't snap in or fit snugly around anything. It just sort of sits there and rattles. Lastly, and most importantly, the seat base doesn't sit quite level on the unit I got. I pulled out my bubble level to check and it is an issue with the metal seat base itself. It's not that noticeable and probably just a minor quality control issue, but you pay for what you get.I don't want to make these things sounds worse than they are. The seat is very comfortable and I like the back/head support. The provided hardware was good, plus they tossed in a few extra pieces just in case (and clearly called out the extras in the instructions). Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely consider Ticova again.

Great chair for the price!
I use this chair at my home PC for at least a few hours a day.Assembly: The chair was easy for me to assemble (expert level), there was only an illustrated parts list and a few steps. Some of the pieces were slightly off on machining and alignment. Others were a little sloppy. You may need help if you are inexperienced.Comfort: the chair is supportive and comfortable. I use a Herman Miller Aeron chair at work - This chair isn’t that, but it is 80% less. I found it to be a good bargain.Pros:- The chair is large and seems tailored toward big folks.- The back and headrest are supportive.- The back reclines enough to take a nap.- The parts seem strong and durable.Cons:- The chair is designed to fit large folks. I’m not large (5’6” 185lb male), and the chair feels just a bit awkwardly oversized.- The back will not adjust forward or backward relative to the seat, nor will the armrests adjust forward or backward. Both adjust up and down. The back is fixed by screws, not amenable to sharing.- The headrest is set via a tensioner, and it moves too easily for my taste.

Squawky and embarrassing for remote office
Most office chairs shipped with some of the parts preassembled . This one requires assembling almost everything . And assembling is not easy. The chair cannot offer back support as the design doesn’t allow the support to be set at 90 degree. The base is made of extremely cheep material and the squawky noise it creates is beyond embarrassing. I purchased the chair for home office due to COVID. Calling to a meeting while sitting on this chair is embarrassing. On the product description the seller has indicated the chair can be squawky unless the bolts are tied; I made sure every single bolt is tightened but that didn’t help.

Nice chair with great lumbar support
I really like this chair and it was easy to assemble. It feels sturdy and has great lumbar support. Unfortunately, the headrest support came broken and it was easy to see this was due to shipping as the box was little beat up. I contacted Ticova and the promptly reply with different option to rectify the issue. Would be unfair to take any stars because of the brohen piece since the chair is very nice and the customer support, at least in my experience was excellent.

Have this chair for about a month now. This is a fairly built chair and appropriately priced. I'm used to the steelcase chairs at work, but didn't want to spend 500 plus on a chair. So after going through multiple chairs on Amazon, i decided to give this a try. So here's my observations1. Fair build quality2. The base is comfortable3. Handles are decent, but could be better4. Wheels are just ok, I have hardwood floors, so I ordered replacement roller blade wheels for these which solved the issue.5. I'm 5'8", 230 pounds and this one handles my weight well6. I've been using this consistently for about 8 hours a day (lockdown, wfh) and have no back painThis is by no means a perfect chair. But for the price, this is a very good deal.

Tilts to left and squeaks all day long
I bought this chair in mid March, as we all went to work from home. At first it seemed ok, but the chair is horrible! It squeaks all the time, and tilts heavily to the left. Overtime it’s gotten louder and tilted more. I’ve taken it apart and put it back together twice, to rule out an issue with construction. Its a terrible chair, don’t buy it.

Comfortable and sturdy without looking clunky
Got this chair so I could comfortably work from home during COVID. I have a small apartment and was concerned the chair might look too clunky or overwhelming in the living room area. It is tall, but looks "lighter" than I expected due to the design. It is very comfortable and sturdy.The box arrived open and the arm handles had fallen out somehow, but upon contacting the seller they quickly offered to either directly ship me replacement parts or give me a partial refund to purchase the part myself from another seller with faster shipping options.

Mostly easy to put together Parts are kind of heavy
This is so much more comfortable than my older chair that I might be biased. The seat is wide enough for my ample backside and I can sit back and also have my feet touch the floor. The chair seems of good quality and I would buy another.
