Yoga and TRX combined!
I compared the inversion swings to the hammocks and decided I liked the handles on this sling because I have some repetitive use arthritis in my hands, but what I did not realize at the time is this product can also double as a TRX system which makes it so much more versatile. So if you are looking for yoga and resistance training, buy this! Installation instructions are included but it did not come with the required hardware to bolt it to a ceiling joist, which cost me an additional 15 dollars. If you have an open beam or a sturdy tree limb you don't need any additional hardware.

The fabric is not as good of quality as other, more expensive yoga swings. But, for the price, it's a great tool in my physical therapy

love the color - love that they have more fabric than others i have triedwould prefer to have a pocket with a foam cushion on one of the leading edgesfor comfort and would like to have professional climbing daising chain ropes forthe adjustable strapping situation

Terrible for yoga
Buy a good hammock from aerial empowerment. This is not at all what i wanted. This is cheaper but not stretchy material so is no use to me... it's parachute material

I am unable to use it. I didn't even unpack it. When I tried to return it I was denied. No return policy. Bad business.
