Great sensitivity so far
This GPS sees the satellites from inside my stuccoed house! With its advertised 1m accuracy, I can't wait to fly it. NB, one thing that I've noticed is that if it's too close to the Arduino Nano RP2040 Connect, its sensitivity is reduced to not seeing satellites. Putting a block between the RP2040 and GPS unit solves this problem. I may fly it with aluminum foil around the RP unit.

Design
It is what I expected, the circuit design is very comfortable to make connections with other devices

Wow! Wow! Wow! I don't know what else to say
I purchased this for a data logging system I'm building for use on the track. I've tried lots of other GPS modules and the refresh rate is always limiting. This thing achieves the 25Hz as promised while recording to an SD card on an ESP32 running Arduino code. I am thoroughly impressed. The previous recordings were spaced out dots on a map. This is almost a solid line running at track speeds. Absolutely amazing!

Works great, just need to figure out how to interface it.
Works as adervertized but improved instructions and code samples would be very much appreciated. You have to dig through their website and the instructions are ambiguous. I’m still struggling to get it to interface with my Raspberry Pi. It does light up, find GPS, and hold a lock indoors. It’s a little spotty with the PCB antenna but I bought an external one with the little clippy SMT lead.

Requires external u.fl antenna
There's two versions of this M9N board - one with an antenna and one without. This one is the one without, and instead has a u.fl connector. Since the antenna on the integrated version is tiny, this might be the better solution for people who want the most sensitive receiver possible, although choosing an appropriate antenna is cumbersome.M9N chipset allows for full GPS/Beidou/Glonass/Galileo reception, and I received it with the latest firmware installed. The USB-C port is great. It allows you to directly connect to a laptop with uBlox uCenter to configure the receiver without needing a TTL adapter.Obviously this is a prototyping module, but where space and cost aren't key factors it's nice for a limited run application.

100% worth it. Very accurate for the price.
This board is really great Sparkfun did a really great job with this one for the price.

Authentic U-blox chip
The NEO-M9N will track all 4 GNSS systems simultaneously making it the first module I've owned capable of doing that. This has an authentic U-blox chipset. If you buy a GPS module on the internet it is almost a certainty it will be a counterfeit chip. U-blox lists Sparkfun modules on their Product Selector page.Sparkfun is a great company to deal with as well. I have contacted them regarding a technical question and shipping questions and they pretty quickly respond and are friendly and helpful. If you want an authentic U-blox chip buy from Sparkfun. In my pic my antenna was inside and in pretty crummy weather. After quite some time the GPS plot is within the roof of the building I was in. Very good accuracy.

A solid GPS module for the price
I attached an active antenna (32db High Gain Cirocomm 5cm Active GPS Antenna Ceramic Antenna) to the ufl connector and connected the module to a USB port on my PC. I then opened u-center, selected the designated com port and I was up and running. For testing purposes I changed the baud rate from 38400 to 115200, the rate from 1 Hz to 5 Hz and saved them to FLASH without issue.I presently have a 3D lock, an HDOP of 0.6 and a PDOP of around 1.1 indoors. Moving outdoor should bring the HDOP below 0.5 and the PDOP under 1.0. Definitely a worthwhile investment.Update:This is my second purchase of this GPS and it is functioning just like the first one.
