What size should I order??? I wear a size 4 pants. I’m 5’3 and 128 pounds.

The brief fits snug. If you don’t like the brief fitting really snug then order a size up. I did. I usually wear a large and ordered an XL. Like the fit.

Are the White/White Deluster pair really a shade of blue or white?

I bought those in nude color , I didn’t buy white color

I normally buy a size 16 in clothing, or xl. will the xl fit, or should i size up to the xxl?

That really depends on how snug/tight of a fit you want. I like a tight/firm fit so I buy a size smaller. These are very durable briefs. I really like the fact that there is no binding elastic around the legs and they stay in place.
